“I absolutely love this shop. They must sell near enough everything. It's the only store I visit where the prices don't seem to have gone up in the past 2 years.”

“I'm so happy to have a recently opened Aldi in our area. I popped in today for a few items, quite busy but I didn't have to wait long at the checkout. My only issue is with the smaller sized trollies, the loop of the basket in the centre of the trolley near the handle, where I normally hang my shopping bag, stops short at the top of the trolley, the larger trollies extend up from the basket by a couple of inches forming a "peg" to hang your empty shopping bag on as you walk around. It's only a little thing, just aggravating and, as the loop is there, why didn't it extend like all the other, larger, trollies. I feel that the layout of the parking spaces is better, it seems to accommodate today's bigger vehicles. A good experience which I shall be regularly repeating, despite the trolley issue. Thank you Aldi. Visited again today, lots of Halloween and Christmas stock on the shelves, I remembered the all butter, sloe gin, mince pies from last year and bought some, which we had for after dinner today, every bit as lovely as I remembered. Thank you. 29/09/23 Yesterday I shopped at Aldi in Biddulph, I bought £103.00 worth of excellent goods, unfortunately one of my items, a German peppered Salami had not sealed properly, which I took back today, the manager I spoke to exchanged it immediately and told me to tell the cashier that the exchange had been authorised by a manager, perfect, so pleased, I "bought" another pack and 4 lots of butter for my Christmas cakes. Customer service was excellent as were customers who, once they noticed I had only 4 X butter in my shopping allowed me to "jump the queue' I was so happy that when another lady liked my shopping bag I gave it to her. Thank you Aldi. 4/3/24 I visited Aldi again today and managed to spend an awful lot of money, however, there were bargains galore, I bought an excellent Italian red wine on offer down from £6.79 to £3.99 and a New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc down from £9.99 to £3.99 wow who would have thought that you could buy a decent bottle of wine at £3.99??? There were chutneys and curry sauces etc on special offers, all of which I bought, a most satisfactory shop today. At the check out all of the serviced tills were closed, I was fearing the new self check out until a delightful assistant came to my rescue and helped me to put all of my shopping through the self check out till, thank you.”
“I don't remember visiting 4 days ago, maybe they mistook me for someone else. Probably Pierce Brosnan.”
“Good range of stuff and nice staff”
“I needed a patch to cover my sensor. The staff were super helpful. There was a box of dressings I could purchase but they also had individual dressings which was a lot cheaper. The young lady serving us was friendly and helpful.”
“It’s ALDI. Great prices and good quality Convenient , each branch has a similar layout , so you can find what you need. And their special aisles, get the offers when you see them as they won’t be there for long.”
“The staff are excellent . we've been for four suits for my son's wedding. And the staff are really helpful . We were also recommended by someone else who had been for wedding suits . And there not expensive like some places you go to .”
“Good day. Let me walk you through this unique retail opportunity, known to the locals as Morrisons. This isn't just a supermarket; it's a bustling hub of commerce and community, a prime piece of real estate designed for maximum footfall and minimum fuss. The property itself, a sprawling structure of red brick and glass, is strategically located to capture a diverse clientele. The exterior, with its large, open-air car park, offers unparalleled accessibility, a key feature in today's competitive market. This is a space that says, "Come on in, we've got plenty of room for your minivan." Inside, the layout is a marvel of consumer-centric design. The "market street" concept, a genius bit of branding, creates the illusion of a vibrant high street. You have the Fishmonger, a traditionalist's dream; the Butcher, a space dedicated to the noble art of meat sales; and the Baker, which wafts a delightful scent of fresh bread to ensure no potential buyer leaves without a purchase. The price points here are a testament to the property's incredible value proposition—a place where quality is implied but not necessarily required. The clientele, a diverse mix of families, elderly couples, and the occasional student in search of a meal deal, is a testament to the property's universal appeal. This is a place that promises everything to everyone, and for that, it's a guaranteed winner. An investment in this establishment is not just an investment in a supermarket; it's an investment in a local institution.”
“First shopping experience in Leek and therefore in Wilko. Large store, although not the biggest branch that I have been in. Went for an elusive item that I was unable to get anywhere else and they sold it(!!!) so I was very happy. Spent a good amount of time in here and inevitably bought lots of other things. Relaxing shopping experience, very calm atmosphere during our visit & friendly till staff. LOTS of other shopping experiences in Leek, was very impressed and had a very enjoyable trip!!”
“Nice clean store with helpful staff. Maybe make it less confusing for customers about where to que. While I was shopping there today there were quite a few people waiting but no clear line so people were jumping in front of others which caused a couple of customers to get annoyed.”
“Staff in this store are exceptional in meeting the needs of the customer, one of the best I’ve experienced in a while, especially Kiera who went out of her way to help me with matching items of clothing together, so polite & friendly it was lovely to shop here with outstanding customer service. The other girls are really professional & helpful aswell when I came back to return a faulty pair of shoes she did me an exchange without any hassle. Thank you for providing me with such a great shopping experience girls!!! ❤️”
“Cant fault the store, had everything you need there. Good seasonal range to choose from (visited at Christmas) and also good sized clothes, home and toy section”
“We would like to thank the 2 members of staff that assisted myself and my husband yesterday in the car park of battlefield Shrewsbury. My husband clasped and they came to our aid, I didn't get there names but I think one was a supervisor and the other one was a first aider. They are definitely a credit to your staff . Thank you Paula and Ralph Dey”
“The Range – Shrewsbury: Great Value and Plenty of Choice The Range in Shrewsbury is a reliable go-to for those after variety, affordability, and convenience. Situated in a handy location with ample parking, it's easy to pop in whether you're doing a big home refresh or just picking up a few essentials. The store boasts a wide selection—from homeware and garden supplies to arts, crafts, and seasonal décor. It's especially strong when it comes to choice; you’ll rarely leave empty-handed. While the quality of some items can be hit and miss, the prices are hard to beat and often make up for any shortcomings. If you're looking for stylish bits on a budget or just enjoy browsing for home inspiration, The Range is definitely worth a visit. It may not always deliver premium quality, but the value and sheer breadth of products keep it a popular spot.”
