“Unfortunately I have harboured negative feelings about this GP Practice over the last few years due to unhelpful receptionists, lack of doctors/appointments and experiences of having to see a nurse who doesn't know anything about rashes or burns and scalds - although two were excellent and helpful. What a breath of fresh air it was recently to speak to a polite, helpful and sympathetic receptionist, get a prompt and actual appointment with a doctor, who was lovely, friendly and so efficient. My faith has been absolutely restored. Thank you Wolstanton Medical Centre for such an amazing improvement - now I won't have to rely on Dr Google, spend a fortune on internet-suggested remedies and suffer for months rather than pick up the telephone. Absolutely amazing.”

“I've found the staff here to be absolutely amazing. Over the years I've seen a lot of the nurses and doctors and they've always been so friendly, professional and thorough whenever I see them and accommodating to any anxieties or concerns. Jo and Fiona inparticular are great. Texting through clear results has never worked for me so I have always had to call, but I've always managed to get through without holding. The wait times on busy days for the walk in can be very long but it's due to cuts to funding and staff through no fault of their own and the staff are just as frustrated as the patients so they do the best they can. Very lucky to have such a great service for free so close to home.”
