“Some amazing bargains in the frozen section.. Named brands not just Iceland... Wide range of large sizes and multi packs. Some stuff here not seen elsewhere (e.g. Asian). Couldn't do my weekly shop here but with a big visit to stock a dwindling freezer”

“Fantastic shop. Everything is organic and expertly sourced. The staff here are lovely and have oceans of knowledge regarding real healthy eating and nutrition. They genuinely care about health, unlike the vast majority of the food industry who are only interested in profits. If you know what I mean by this then this shop is for you.”

“Got most everything you need without trailing to supermarket. Parking can be a problem at times, but a very good local shop with nice staff and free cash point. Which since NatWest have decided to desert its Stoke customers is worth noting.”

I'd never tried Iceland before and I just wandered in because of the Slimming World meals they do, I was so pleasantly surprised by everything that they have on offer!!!! Everything we tried has been absolutely amazing and I wish that I'd listened to the adverts on the TV! I would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“Very good and fresh cooked food. You will always have part of a warm welcome. Staff is very amiable and they always try to offer you the best service and help you choose the best dishes for your taste. Is the second time when I was there and definitely not the last. It is not a big restaurant but they act like one. I recommend you to go and try there delicious Turkish food and I'm sure if it's the first time for you, it won't be the last. “Opens at 12, best to arrive around then as it can get busy later. Great selection of food available with a kids menu as well. Food is served quickly and even when busy you do not have to wait long. The staff are friendly, helpfull and quick to clean the tables. Lots of space inside with seating outside as well. Good atmosphere. Great value for money. Regular buses on the road by the carpark.”

“Another town another premier inn , this time the room ( prem + ) was massive well furnished comfortable and super clean , Leanne greeted to me and was a great example of how staff are the hotel and greeted me with a warm smile and explained everything i needed to know even went and got me some Hot Chocolate which you don’t actually get in the rooms ! Again loaned me an Apple Watch charger as I’d forgotten mine as I need it as I have an app to check blood sugar ! Perfect hotel and if Leanne is anything to go by the staff will all be wonderful too”

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at the Nando's located in the Intu Potteries shopping centre in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, and I highly recommend it to everyone! The food, as always, was absolutely great. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, and the Peri-Peri flavour was spot on—truly the tasty, satisfying meal you expect from Nando's. It's the perfect spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. However, what truly made this visit exceptional was the staff. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. I must give a special, massive thank you to a lady named Hannah. She went above and beyond to ensure my table was looked after, serving with a genuine smile and a level of professionalism that is rare to find, and then supported the staff in the cooking area.
