“Excellent communication, service and food. Stayed around until they were sure there was no issues! Made the catering easy for my birthday party! Thanks!”
“Wonderful afternoon with friends sharing meze plates. Every single one was delicious. Belly pork, gigantic, beef skewers, chicken suvilaki, meat balls, feta chips wonderful greek wine, Burgundy style. Fantastic, we will return.”
“Kanu Poke Imagine eating in a work of art and tasting wonderful, exciting gastronomic delights! Welcome to Kanu Poke in Shrewsbury. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a smiling George who was one of the co owners. On commenting about the on-trend decor, he explained that the artwork was designed and painted by his partner Katie. We were a tad early but it wasn't a problem. Seated upstairs in a great window seat we really felt like we were on holiday. Surrounded by colorful murals we were hoping that the meals were going to be as good as the decor. We weren't disappointed. A pleasant server greeted us with some tasty bites and took our drinks order, when they arrived they were colourful just like the decor. The nibbles had set the tone for what was about to come. Popcorn Chikanu and Teriyaki Tofu as starters followed by the Crispy Tofu Sunflower Satay and The Mexicana. We also had a refreshing pan seared teriyaki vegetable medley. Wow, the flavours were unbelievably tasty and fresh and the service quick. What's more it's Vegan, Gluten and Nut free. It's the perfect place to eat plant based flavoursome food. What a find. Keep up the good work!”
“The Best full English I've ever had! We went in on Saturday morning for something to set us up for the day and were not disappointed. The owner served us and was really friendly. I had a delicious mocha and a full English, my partner had a latte and full English, the food came out very hot and cooked to perfection. I ordered a sandwich and drink to takeaway for my dinner, yet to report on that but I'm sure it'll be as delicious as everything else. I think we've found our regular breakfast place, can't wait to go back!”
“They have such a great variety. We ordered several different ones to try them all. The owner was great dealing with the crowd that he had, plus to-go orders”
“Great service by friendly staff (can confirm, old lady is lovely!). Food was brilliant and left us well satisfied but not bloated and we ordered lots!”
“my boyfriend and i went here for lunch today, and it was an amazing experience! we are not from the area, but were traveling through and decided to stop for a quick bite to eat, and it did not disappoint! we ordered the hawaiian pizza and garlic cheesy bread, but would recommend any pizzas, very tasty! the service was wonderful, all staff was so kind and helpful! please make sure to stop here if you’re in the area, it’s worth it!”
“My carer goes nearly every week for me and also visits for herself now, we both enjoy the great tasting freshly cooked food. The staff are all friendly and helpful, Thank you all.”
“Just WOW! Recently moved to the area & after seeing the reviews for this place we had to try & it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely stunning, as well as the service. Alberto was so lovely & our lovely waitress Issy was great! This will definitely be a regular of ours!”
“You were so polite and friendly would recommend people in smallthorne to try you”
“First time at Primo but came well recommended. Lovely intimate setting & the food was some of the best Italian dishes I’ve tasted in awhile. Starters of tiger prawns on sourdough & mains of chicken in a cheese sauce salmon & pork belly with black pudding were fantastic. Philippa waited on us brilliantly & Complimenrs to the chef who I believe was Darren. Top notch.”
“Updated review. Glad to see that the same high quality has been transferred to the now relocated restaurant in Cheshire Street. The new larger premises (where the old Town House used to be) are just perfect, with increased capacity and really stunning decor.....even the toilet has received a fantastic makeover. The service is top class, really friendly and attentive and the food is deliciously authentic. Definitely need to book though since is very popular. Bella Italia Market Drayton. What a fantastic little authentic Italian restaurant and a great addition to Market Drayton's culinary offerings, complementing the already excellent nearby Foodshion (oriental) and Pickles (Indian). The fact that it is fairly small, 4 tables of 4 and a table for 6 gives it a really cosy and intimate vibe but with plenty of space between tables to afford privacy. The decor and lighting is quirky and has been really well thought out to provide a great experience for those seeking either a romantic atmosphere or somewhere different for a small celebration with family and friends. The background music was perfect. The menu is an Italian foodies' delight with a great range of beautifully prepared and presented pasta dishes along with a wide selection of meat dishes all at an excellent price. Thankfully not a pizza in sight! We were a party of 5 and shared the house antipasti (a large selection of cured meats, cheeses, olives and bruschetta) followed by various pasta dishes, Tiramisu or coffee all for less than £25 per head! They have a selection of soft drinks including zero alcohol beer, wine and fizz, or you can take your own alcohol. The service was top notch, attentive but not intrusive. This is definitely our new favourite local restaurant and will return very soon.”

“Superb and imaginative food, the service was outstanding. Definitely worth a visit as the taste sensation excelled our expectations.”
“Loved the food, travelled all the way from Birmingham just for the pindi bites, was worth the Journey. Loved the service and the food presentation. Would highly recommend”
“Always a pleasure to go back here. Food is amazing and staff are lovely”
“First time we've visited Shrewsbury and we stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant. I had the leek, gorgonzola and honey pizza which was so delicious I didn't want my meal to end. Staff were lovely and the whole experience was amazing. We'll definitely come back!”
“From the moment we walked in you could feel the love. We were welcomed with a smile into this beautiful restaurant. The antipasti was fabulous, delicious and the gluten free garlic bread was a winner! I then had gluten free pasta Bolognese IT.WAS.DELICIOUS authentic made with love, I could have eaten platefuls. Kev had a diavola pizza and 8/10, I asked what would have made it a 10 and he said a little more fire, it was cooked to perfection! A slightly burned base The staff were genuinely invested in making the experience just great. We couldn't manage a dessert sadly. Would love a Fabrizio's in Banbury thank you”
“Amazing food and service. All dishes (9 between three of us) were brilliant. Sangria was very nice too. Shared a couple of desserts to finish. Can’t fault the food or experience at all, will definitely visit again!”
“Food is always great from here, very fresh and tasty both when delivered and when picked up from the shop , staff are also very friendly, couldn't recommend these guys enough”
“Nice pub, rural location, lovely food”
“The food was exceptional. No other word to describe it. The staff were fantastic, friendly, clearly cared about their job and the atmosphere was perfect. There’s a real buzz about the place and with the kitchen in the room also, it just adds to the experience.”
“Best food on the town very friendly a staff”
“My husband and I went to see our friend Johny, at his pub in Burslem Stoke-on-Trent, where we were greeted by politeness. It's a very popular place to visit, where you can enjoy your time and the georgous beers that are nice and cool and relaxing.”
“Tasty food! Best by far Italian in Leek, the pizza and the tirmisu was amazing best one I've had in this country, service was great and the atmosphere was very good !”
“Top-tier sushi and beyond! Each piece is fresh, vibrant, and perfectly crafted. Ramen is rich and comforting, and every dish on the menu is a must-try. The staff were sweet, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Zumuku delivers Japanese cuisine at its finest!”
“Lovely place, really cosy and great set up, tiered menu with a 3 dish set price based on what tier the dishes were in. This meant you could have a smaller amount of 3 things to rather than choosing 1 dish - great for the indecisive like me!! All 3 dishes were delicious, and I even took some home so small doesn't mean that small. Will absolutely be back, there's another 30 dishes I need to try!!”
“I highly recommend Phanthong Thai to my friends. The service is amazing. It was a surprise that the staff sang a birthday song to my mother-in-law. She had a memorable birthday. Moreover, the food is delicious and the setting of dishes are perfect.”
“The small breakfast is lovely and you have to pay for your hot drink however these are very reasonable price. The captains breakfast is lovely and reasonable price as you get fried bread and toast and a hot drink for under £8.00. If you want extras these are very reasonably priced. The restaurant is always clean and tidy the staff are lovely and they have a very good choice. This is our place to go.”
“Friendliest staff ever! So many laughs with Pauline! What a legend! Such good food! Clean and fresh rooms! What a great place to drop in to for a night and be treated so well!”
