“Our first visit here a czhange of location to meet with family, i read some reviews and was happy to change locations. We ordered 6 different meals, we did wait about 40 mins for service to arrive, a bit longer than I would have expected however we weren't disappointed the food arrived hot and was delicious. " i would recomend the pie " but in fairness all my family did enjoyed their choices, the staff were attentive throughout which was pleasing . I asked my family of their thoughts and it was thumbs up to return on our next get together.”

“Great retail park. Good shops, a decent coffee shop, petrol station and bus station too. We went 3.50pm on a Friday afternoon. A BIG MISTAKE. It was ok getting in a parking spot, fast forward and hour and twenty minutes, and it took 20 minutes to get to the exit. Once we had finally managed to exit the car park, it took 10 minutes to get back onto the A500 as the queue to get into the retail park, had totally clogged up all the routes off the entry and exit roads. A total nightmare for people coming to the retail park, however good shopping once there.”

“Daughter recommended this place so took her and my wife. They have a pretty good menu that caters for vegetarians as well, and the food did look very good. My daughter went for the curry platter, this was huge. My wife had the sizzling halloumi with sweet chilli sauce and I had the Barbacoa beef steak; these last two both came on the sizzling platters and they really were sizzling. The food was excellent. Really nicely presented and perfectly cooked. Way beyond my expectations. We also each had a sundae for dessert; salted caramel profiterole with chocolate ice cream, the Cadbury lover with chocolate ice cream and the lemon meringue. All came in large sundae glasses with loads of sauce and cream. Delightful meal, would recommend and will visit again.”

As a fussy eater I struggle to find take out that offer healthy, vegitarian meals however this place has ticked those boxes. Upon delivery, the drivers are all friendly which is a huge plus. “I only stayed for one night and I was unfortunately trying to sleep in the annex, room number 40. The connecting doors between each of the rooms should be bricked up to ensure some sense of security and safety for anyone staying. This would also block out the noise experienced from the persons next door. I experienced very little sleep due to the people in the next room who would not shut up all night, music, talking very loudly, notifications ringing out very loudly on their phones and one of them who regularly went outside to smoke would cough and cough very loudly and wretch and spit through out the night. The hotel I accept is very old some of the profit from the hotel should be used to fix it up it is in great need of it. I heard on multiple occasions customers complain that their bed was broken and they had paid a great deal of money. On a positive side the staff are wonderful they deserve better surroundings to do their job. Anyone in the hotel business would snap them up. They are very nice people. The chef is excellent and has a beautiful soul. The owner needs to wake up and see what wonderful staff he/she has and start putting the profits back into the business before the building falls down around him/her. Thank you for the kindness shown to me by the staff they are very professional and deserve better.”
