“Me and my housemates had a great experience living here. The property was in a great location (shops, train station, and bus stops all in walking distance) and the rent was very reasonable. Sami, the landlord, was friendly and always quick to respond to our calls and fix any issues we had, with great communication throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this property to students.”

“My mother is looking for a new sofa so had a look at NCF Living. Dan from the Stoke store helped us out. We needed certain requirements, but he was very knowledgeable, there was no pressure from him and made us feel very comfortable. We didn’t end up buying just yet, but his advice was great and gave us a lot to think about. We will be back once we’ve come to a decision and will look for Dan again. All round great customer service on our visit.”

“We had one footstool made previously and so impressed with the quality and service that we ordered and received a couple of weeks ago a large square made to measure footstool to replace coffee table which we are thoroughly delighted with. The quality is excellent and service including delivery exactly as quoted has meant dealing with A Little Furniture Shop ( family business) was a real pleasure. Highly recommended.”

“I took my granddaughter hopping to get some clay or I was at a lose where to go as I tried everywhere else. And the Range came to my rescue, they had two different types/ colours of air dried clay. Finding clay here stopped an artistic child having a melt down and for that I'm truly grateful. Would recommend the Range”

“This is just to say a huge thank you to Ryan and Dec from Talke Pits B and Q, who went several extra miles when I came in asking for a discontinued charger to keep my McAllister screwdriver charging. My company teaches plumbing workshops to kids and without their help thirty ten-year-old children would have been without tools tomorrow. Dec searched high and low for the one remaining charger for a McAllister screwdriver (they’re now micro USB but I needed the old barrel type for my eight screwdrivers) until Ryan had the bright idea of checking INSIDE the power tool display. Lo and behold the right type was found and now I can teach my class. Thank you so much B and Q, these guys really pushed the boat out for me, and kept our B and Q purchases running a little longer. Much appreciated from me and the kids!”

“Ordered our sofas from this store and we had the great pleasure of being served by James. James was absolutely incredible & his knowledge of every range, what the sofas are made out of and the aftercare is commendable. James was super patient with us (we were in the store for nearly 5 hours) he drew designs & our living room layout on his iPad to really help us visualise what the sofas would look like. James also has an incredible ability of mental maths so really helped us to understand how the sofas would fit & how much room we’d have either side etc. He also wasn’t afraid to say his opinion about weather he thought the sizing would look right (as we were thinking about a bigger sofa) - it’s a good job we listened to James as his expertise was right and a bigger one wouldn’t have fitted right. He also explained how in his spare time he researches ‘what’s on trend’ which actually have us the great idea of using our footstool (from the Oscar range) as a display table too. James is really passionate about what he does & made our experience so much easier! We now have two lovely sofas & a footstool from the Oscar range that fits perfectly into our living room and we’re very pleased! A huge thank you- James”

There is extensive choice in the store and they can make to order if necessary. Delivery took around a week and was a lovely simple process for me as the gentlemen carried everything to the room, set it up and disposed of the rubbish. Can't recommend them enough.”

“We had a Parker Knoll sofa which looked old because of saggy cushions. Cheshire upholstery came out to examine and measure the for a quality refill. This was reassuring because I didn't want to buy online and get it wrong. Less than a week later, the newly filled cushions are back. The sofa looks and feels like new and will last another 10 years. Great personal service, quickly delivered and a good price. Excellent choice.”

“My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolutely excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.”

“We popped in to have a look at dining tables one evening and really impressed with the range on display. A very friendly sales consultant, Jayne Sargeant, came to see if we needed any help and showed us a variety of options based on our needs and requirements. She was very helpful and went through the various options open to us - helping us to move some chairs around to see which styles and colours would go with our shortlist of tables. She gave us some great advice about sizes and the various table extension mechanisms. We decided to go away and have a think about the colours and styles we wanted. We came back a few days later when we knew Jayne would be in and she again helped us talk through our shortlist and move chairs around again! She was very patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. We had our two young boys with us and she kindly gave them hot chocolate and warm chocolate chip cookies! We enjoyed a cheeky latte and cookie ourselves too. Jayne was very helpful and friendly, explaining all our options to us. She even got us a really good deal! We will definitely be back when it’s time to furnish our living room! Highly recommended.”

As we regularly pass through Whitchurch we decided to visit the Clearance Outlet! We ended up purchasing our NEW furniture from this store. All arrived as planned we were contacted by the delivery team on the day with a time slot. Really pleased with our purchase - well done Listers.
