“I was out in the Peak district riding the Roaches Revenge with a couple of friends, when part of the tyre came off the rim on a steep downhill section of the route. We were close to Leek and decided to get the tyre checked by Leek Cycle Solutions. The staff there were so helpful and the service was second to none. They replaced the tyre which allowed me to carry on safely with the route. I would highly recommend this friendly, helpful shop as without their expertise I would have been unable to carry on with the ride. A big thank you.”

However, tremendous, and in fact, exceptional, communications. Getting round all of the things in the way, left alone to just find things and find out myself, and feeling like I'm being just shoved into some sort of "outsider" category because I'm unknown on the particular numbers and things you needs' databases, and "new here", has been infuriating, and stressful. I was immediately emailed back, and everything was sorted. It was rapid fire. Best communications so far, and I've ended up on American sites by accident because all I saw was things in pounds.
