We got 2 kebabs and came with a packet containing a lemon wipe, serviette and knife and fork which is really thoughtful, just the little things that make you feel like they go the extra mile. Was delivered withing the 45 min delivery time. Will definitely use again.”

“First time ordering from here as I’m definitely not a takeaway person and the worst critic. I can honestly say in my 5 years working at this location I have not had a better meal. I had got late order g for my Iftar so in my wait I had munched on snacks so when the food arrived I thought I will take it home and eat later but when I open it to take a look it was so amazing and the daal was just like home made the kebab on naan was really flavourful and packed with salad. Exactly how I wanted it.so I ate again. Will deffinatly be ordering from here again.”

“I had the best peri peri chicken from Chicken Village — I chose the medium flavour and it was absolutely delicious. The lamb chops were incredibly juicy and full of flavour. My wife ordered the chicken fillet burger meal and she really enjoyed it; it was amazing as well. The delivery did take a little longer than expected, but since I ordered on the weekend when it’s usually very busy, it was understandable and acceptable overall.”

“My day has been eventful to say the least, Time was running out to collect my order so I called the Longton tesco extra letting them know I was delayed. Upon arrival the click and collect system was being a bit intermittent. I went inside and a young lady named Nicole came to my rescue, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me back on track. Nicole had to go into the store to replace shower gel that had burst in the collection baskets. She was very polite, and well mannered as well as having very good confidence with her customer relations service. I don't know what tesco do with their staff appraisals but she needs an employee of the month award. Thank you Nicole.....”

“My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. My wife has celiac disease which makes going out quite difficult and stressful. Here however, they have a comprehensive allergy guide and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get her salad from the kitchen rather than the salad bar to help reduce the risk of contamination from gluten. The allergy guide also had a column for cereals containing more the 20ppm of gluten. Everything was prepared with care to prevent contamination and my wife had no reaction. Food tasted great as well! Overall we were very impressed and will add this to our list of celiac/coeliac safe restaurants we can go to!”

“We stopped for a quick lunch after hospital visit. Parking was in the retail park. No disabled parking right next to it. I wasn't in a chair so hard to tell how accessible for chairs. We were seated by a friendly member of staff who was sensitive to my disability leading me to a lower bench seat. Our waitress was Charlotte who was such a friendly character who was polite and engaging. We both really enjoyed our meals. We finished off sharing a brownie dessert but sadly no pictures as it was too tempting to think about photos. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.”

“There were plenty of parking spaces available when I arrived. Although I ensured I had a pound coin, the trolleys were free and plentiful. I only required a few items, and found what I needed instantly. The store appeared to be clean, tidy and well laid out. The staff member on the till was friendly and gave service with a smile.”

“I started to use this Co op store regularly now on my way to and from work. It’s a really nice Co op and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. I popped in on Saturday and a young man on the checkout was so helpful and kind all with a lovely smile his name was Shaun. Keep up the great work. Well done ✅. Yet another impressive visit. Josh incredible helpful. I needed goats milk. He directed me straight to it and even jumped on to a checked to get the queue down afterwards.
