“Been here a couple of times for food and a few times for drinks. The food is absolutely amazing, very reasonably priced & service was excellent. Good selection of drinks on tap, lovely pint of Guinness too.”

“A great gym! Has excellent equipment and the staff are always happy to help and show you how to use anything there. Parking can be tricky at peak times but it’s almost never a big problem.”

“Dog friendly and very relaxed. The staff were very welcoming, and friendly. There was a great atmosphere within the pub itself, we had a great couple of nights. We would recommend staying here, I can understand it is not everyone’s cup of tea due to the nightlife, but we had a great time. Our room was lean, the shower was amazing, great to ease those aches and pains. Clean and fresh towels and bedding. Although they had a couple of staff not turn in for work, it was not noticeable. We enjoyed our food on both nights and got a good nights sleep on both nights. Thank you for making us feel welcome. We would use again if ever in the area. X”

“I took my son and his children last night for food. I cannot praise this pub restaurant enough. Staff lovely friendly and helpful. The menu is amazing. This is restaurant quality food. All home cooked my soup n had the half rack ribs , granddaughter lasagne and i had sea bass with garlic potatos truly outstanding. We have booked for Sunday lunch ! Please support this amazing hidden gem you wont be disappointed if i could give it 100 Stars I would. Also kids menu good selection.”

“Had my wedding here back in March and couldn't of wanted my day to go any better than it did, the Staff really put effort and time in the the little details to make my day amazing, we now go here a lot for food and won't go anywhere else, from the steak to the sunday dinner always spot on! “Having read the reviews about the place was a bit weary about going in. I went in and was greated by the bar staff and made to feel welcome. The drinks were very good had a few pints and all glasses were spotless the whole place in general was clean. Angel the bar maid was brilliant enjoyed a laugh and joke. I will be back on there when I'm in the area 5 stars for me”
