“Met friends here for an evening meal. Lots of choice on the menu - chef and house specials as well as traditional indian cuisine. We had a shared starter and a main courses. It was all delicious. There is no alcohol licence, but you can take your own. Soft drinks and alcohol free booze is available at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overly so. Thoroughly recommend. Place was full and atmosphere was buzzing.”

“Amazing service and food by Tori and Matt. 4 of us visited midweek (Pre-booked) and downstairs was full on arrival. Tori font of house welcomed us and informed us they were short staffed tonight so apologised and said there will be some delays but thet are working as fast as they can. We were fine and in no rush anyhow. However we found the service time and food arrival to be fine so we had no issues. The quality of the food was amazing and considering they were short staffed this did not reflect on it at all. All 4 of us had amazing food and one of our more particular eaters polished his plate off. Wine was great and the whole evening was fantastic. It’s one of those places you will definitely return to as they menu variations have more than enough choice to make you want to try the rest of the food. A great little gem in Port Talbot that you must try”

“Went there for a pasty and was blown away by the fresh and delicious pasties on offer. Been back several times for Sunday lunch... lamb was my personal favourite and now my kids wont eat anywhere else Just wish you was closer to home. Keep up the good work guys. Top notch nosh.”

“We had a takeaway from here when visiting Port Talbot and wanted to say that the food was amazing and the whole family loved it!Food was fresh, curries had the right spice balance, portions sizes were generous and delicious! “You may have to wait for them to cook you're chips, but are they worth waiting for. You better believe they are, they are hands down the best chips for miles around. Couple them with the curry sauce they sell and you have a meal right there. There's the usual fish, pies and sausage's plus more but that curry sauce I could drink it. Oh and did I mention they are a Chinese takeaway as well, and my that's special as well.”

“Food is too good compare to any others in Port Talbot market street. I tried, chicken biryani, mutton biryani, vegetable rice,fry etc. I will certainly recommend Elaichi restaurant to all who early looking for authentic Indian food though it's a Bangladeshi one.”

“Full if cold so needed some comfort food and did I get it ? He'll yeah hubby and I had the large breakfast roll and it was stunning I have to say. One thing that usually let one doen is cheap rubbish sausages but these were great we really enjoyed.”

“Absolutely beautiful meal- we’ve only been living down in Margam for the last two years but ever since our neighbour recommended us, we’ve been stuck with them. No matter what you order, it’s always at its best and a high standard. Never had a bad meal- always beautiful. Ps, I need to meet the chef .”

“Update: I went back here again today and the food has gotten better since I went back last month, before that I haven't eaten here since 2015. The food is just like it was back then and before which is really nice and worth the try if you're in the area. Last months review: Always had a nice Chinese here but it used to be better years ago.”

“Stopped by at Margam Fish bar for a quick fish and chips, battered sausage included. I have to say, its one of the best fish pieces I have had in a long while, really nice flakes throughout the fish. Chips were classic chip shop chips and plenty of crispy crunchy bits. It was one of their busiest nights, the food here was fantastic at such a bargain price. I would highly recommend it.”

“What an amazing restaurant!! Went for my birthday and had an amazing time, food is incredible! I don’t even know where to start, portions are so generous, well worth your money and delicious! Staff were so helpful and very accommodating to my massive table of people, constantly making sure we were okay and getting us whatever we needed, honestly a great restaurant.”

“I decided to visit Port Talbot with a friend for the afternoon . We came across Blanco’s and thoroughly enjoyed our meal ..We both chose the fish on the menu .. The Place was exceptional with chips , new potatoes, peas and carrots .. I had a double vodka and my friend had a medium glass of wine .. Once finished we retired into the lounge area and had another vodka and a glass of wine .. The atmosphere was lovely.. If I ever revisit Port Talbot I’ll definitely have lunch in Blanco’ again..”
