“My friend told me about some of the poor reviews that this restaurant has gotten.. I've only ever had amazing experiences here. The food has always come out hot, everything is fresh and homemade and the staff have always been incredibly friendly and polite. Truthfully, this place is probably one of, if not the nicest Italian restaurant to eat at in Port Talbot. I also think that some people have misunderstood that many of the pasta dishes are sharing sizes, it's far from expensive to eat here.. especially for the quality and portions of food you receive, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the customer service that you get. They don't compromise on quality - I remember talking to one of the staff members that works here and said that she learnt how to make lasagne from her time in Italy. It's the nicest lasagne I've ever had and many of the people I've taken to this restaurant have said the same. Every amazing restaurant is going to have some poor reviews but, please don't let that deter you from trying this place❣️”

“Having recently gone for a Sunday carvery (which was lovely), we decided to booked the Margam Deer for a Saturday night family meal. As on the previous visit, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The only downside was they had a singer on, halfway through our meal, which we were not expecting. No complaints with her as such, she was good, but the audio system was exceptionally loud. This made conversation impossible, which was unfortunate as we had arranged the night out as a family catchup. But overall, the food and service was excellent. Would definitely return again.”
