They were excellent throughout the process; I dropped my car off in the morning, and by mid-afternoon, they completed my service + MOT and gave me a courtesy call to say it's ready to pick-up. Raz (the manager who I dealt with) was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about Mercedes.
