“New street dental care is the description of perfect healthcare. I was seen on the same day for an emergency appointment by Alfie, who is such a calming and caring presence. Alfie went above and beyond for me to ensure I received the best care possible. He made sure I fully understood what was going on and asked if I was okay throughout the entire treatments I received. Even the aftercare that New street Dental provides is incredible. They ensure you leave happy and even follow up with you the next day. All the staff I encountered were always smiling and happy to help. The reception staff answered all of my questions and are incredibly professional. I can’t recommend new street dental enough! Following yet again top class professional advice I now expect as norm, and a pain-free procedure, all was back to normal in no time. “Best dental practice I've ever been to I saw Dr Prashar for a check-up and fillings, I am a very nervous patient and have a big fear of dentists but Dr Prashar and his nurse Colleen were amazing and helped me through my fear, made sure I was calm and relaxed the whole time, always reassuring me and letting me know what they were doing I can now go back without fear as I didn’t feel a thing during treatment and fillings were amazing. I’m so happy, the receptionist was so welcoming, it does not have a dental surgery smell or atmosphere, you walk in and instantly feel relaxed. “In 2024, a friend recommended I ask Mr Kelly for a second opinion of the treatment that was being recommended by my current dentist, in whom I lacked confidence. From that very first appointment, Mr Kelly was extremely thorough and professional. He was very clear on what was required- options available, length of treatment as well as cost. He then very patiently, answered all my questions and addressed each and every concern. I opted to go for bridge. It took approximately 6 months and each step was explained and planned - giving me complete confidence at every stage. Some steps were more difficult than others, however, I got through it! I certainly couldn't have done it without Mr Kelly's wealth of experience, expertise, kindness and understanding. I have to also mention the quality of the temporary dentures and bridges I had to use - it really does make a difference. The final bridge was perfect and I have my smile back. A special mention to all the staff at MDK Dentistry- who were always lovely and helpful. I am now a patient at the practice and I know that myself and my teeth will be well looked after.
