The thing that makes me going back time and time again is the wonderful Staff in particular Louise Mack who is so friendly and professional to a standard I have not received anywhere else and I have shopped at some major high end retailers for jewellery and watches and nothing comes close to the service I receive from Louise absolutely outstanding . I must also make a special mention about AJ who is also outstanding. Both are such a credit to Browns and they need to make sure they hang on to them both. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty and get the most knowledgeable and professional service. Just make sure to ask for Louise and Aj . This shop is a gem, it has the loveliest shopkeepers who are so passionate about their vintage wares :-) This is a must visit whenever I’m in Stockport, there’s always something new and the shop goes on forever! Emma, who did the ear piercing, had a very sweet and soft approach towards my daughter, we were both feeling anxious but she put us at ease.
