“Went into the store the other day, and I got served by a young girl called Ellie, I didn’t end up purchasing anything during my visit as I was buying it as a joint gift, so was just browsing for the purpose of the visit. But Ellie was exceptional, her customer service was amazing - she was knowledgeable and knew all about the different available products. She was attentive and nothing was an issue for her. I would undoubtedly go back to be served by her again as she was honestly one of the most helpful customer advisers I have spoken to in a while.”

I needed two personalised rings with my children’s names and i trawled through the internet but couldn’t find anything that was unique, well made or within the price range that I had set. I came across by chance to redteds and read some of the glowing reviews but importantly saw the craftsmanship that went into each ring. The level of detail, the uniqueness and the pricing was all spot on. I placed the order and email Elizabeth that evening explaining that I need the ring within seven days, she obliged and i had them within four days. Not only did my wife love them she wears them with pride. A testament to Liz and her skills but also to her eye for detail and her customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from her. “As with any significant purchase we did our check, DJU seemed legit. We chose to visit and view the rings. An interesting location in north London, not quite what we were expecting. A very welcome reception greeted us, very helpful with an excellent selection. We chose what we both felt was the one we wanted. It was resized and posted in two days and received in three. It had a GIE certificate and a valuation much greater than the purchase price. On receipt we were both very happy with our purchase, the ring looked stunning. Now the bit everybody wants to know. We went to three independent local specialist jewellers. With some discretion applied, all stated the quality was very good with some variable opinions. Taking the average valuation, it was three times more than we paid for it. Yes I would highly recommend them and would use again”
