“Visited shop in Wolverhampton find there clothes reli nice n good quality but I do find the staff n management not very helpful n quite rude apart from one of the young lady’s who was a member of floor staff very helpful polite n made my shopping experience there nice I did ask her name if I’m rite I think she said it was shirley she as long dark hair n didn’t think twice when asked for her advice on item I liked Wolverhampton river island this young woman is a credit to your store hope to see her next time I visit thankyou shirley for making my shopping day lovely”

“In the first week of March I brought my son in for his first pair of shoes during the weekday at around 3-4 o clock. The lovely young man working in the store at this time is a credit to Clarks & taught us some really cool tricks to get our sons shoes on. He was ever so patient with my son, kind & very helpful, a natural at his job. The shoes themselves are great & my son is walking much more confidently with shoes that fit his feet perfectly.”

Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.”

“Pre-ordered my footwear, was told to allow upto 5 working days but it was here in two. This shop has a large variety of shoes on display, pavers is branded for comfort although they should help their customers and become more competitive, some of their sale stock is worth browsing.”
