“I can't praise Karen enough at Toolstation Cannock. Having ordered 2 600mm x 1800mm radiators during lockdown, one was badly dented, and after being collected by Tuffnell's it never made it back to Bridgwater, after 5 weeks I received a refund, as the radiators were now out of stock. Fast forward 2 months and the radiators are now available, however having received a further 3 with damage, a combination of poor packaging, and poor handling by Tuffnell's. Customer Services agreed to get one sent to the Cannock store to see if this would be handled better by Tuffnell's. Unfortunately this one was also damaged. Another one was mistakenly delivered to my home, and the radiator was physically good, however the trims were damaged. I went to Toolstation Cannock to view yet another radiator delivered to store, and again this was dented. Karen was the lady dealing with me and I discussed the problems I was having. She asked me to wait while she looked for something in the storeroom, and amazingly they kept spare trims, to replace the damaged ones on the best radiator (number 6) I had received. Without Karen's help, I still wouldn't have a radiator in my living room. Her actions have restored my faith in Toolstation, thank you.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the service recieved here from Dal the owner & Luke the fitter. This was my 4th and final stop after visiting several well named Kitchen outlets. I was blown away from start to finish with the distinction in service from this company compared to the previous 3. The quality of the units were by far the best and amazingly the price was by far the best too. I was given excellent guidance & advice & nothing was too much trouble. Luke has fitted my kitchen excellently, he is a master craftman and both Dal & Luke have really made the whole experience alot more enjoyable and alot easier to navigate. “We had a great experience with Amber Kitchens when we had a complete new kitchen and utility fitted with new oven, hob and extractor. At the planning stage they gave useful advice and were happy to use suppliers we found for items like the floor tiles and a tap for the guest toilet. Their tradespeople were all second to none with the quality of their workmanship. Luke fitted the kitchen, Alex and ‘Diamond’ Luke did all the electrical work ( including some extra work that was needed) and Dave did the tiling. And they were all such friendly people so it was a pleasure to see them each morning. Everything was well planned to cause the least disruption and it all fell into place beautifully. It was a much more personal service than one of the big companies and I am happy we made the right choice with Amber Kitchens. We are very happy with our new kitchen.”
