It's a real shame that this store is closing permanently later this month. I've heard M&S are planning to open a food store at a new site in Wolverhampton soon. I hope so. I initially asked a member of staff, Paul, where to find a particular product, and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he later came over to offer more in-depth help. He took the time to understand what I was growing and gave great advice on improving soil quality specifically for growing vegetables. His product knowledge was excellent, and it really showed that he knew what he was talking about—especially as he mentioned that he grows his own vegetables and uses the same products himself. In a time where good customer service feels increasingly rare, it was refreshing to receive such personal and helpful support. It made me feel confident that I’d chosen the right place to shop. “Wednesday 14th June 2023. Fitters rang before arriving. Parked considerately. Removed their shoes before they entered. It was vinyl flooring for my en-suite that I had ordered. The two men were pleasant and immediately got on with the job. They were tidy, cleaning up as they went along. I haven’t discovered any mistakes with the fitting, and I am pleased with the work performed. They removed all off cuts and took them with them when they left. Good workmen.”

“Our couch from maple is a massive improvement to our last one from dfs, it came after a week of purchase, it was boxed and wrapped very well so it came intact. The delivery men were lovely as we're the ladies in the office. Cannot recommend this company highly enough”
