“Second time I've ordered from company and just as impressed this time round. Received a message the day after ordering regarding delivery. Ordered triple wardrobe, drawers and bedside table in Grey to match Son's current bedroom furniture. Received a phone call 1 hour before delivery so didn't have to sit in waiting. Delivery guys were fantastic despite delivering quite late at night, still friendly, polite and very careful when carrying the furniture into the room requested, really great guys despite facing a very long drive home late at night. Furniture itself is great. Ready assembled to save a job, great, solid quality and very well put together, my son is very pleased, as am I! “It was a wonderful process getting our kitchen designed at Wren Wolverhampton, Sangha was just amazing at understanding our needs and what we needed to get done and his input was very helpful and valuable to us. Sangha was extremely well at communicating the ideas and making sure it met our comfort whilst also looking good; as well as being patient and having multiple back and forth meetings until we were able to finalise our final design and we must say we now love it. The delivery was punctual and smooth, replacements were quick. Will definitely be consulting Sangha for any new future kitchen project as he was just brilliant. They also have a lot of stationary, toiletries, food and much more that I can’t remember. A very bright store and polite staff, not big queues normally. “Typical big box Next Home on the southern edge of Gallagher Retail Park. Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.”

“I made a rare visit to M&S in Wolverhampton. ( Friday, September 5th 8.30am ) to spend a gift voucher. The young man on the self scan was very polite and helpful. It's a real shame that this store is closing permanently later this month. I've heard M&S are planning to open a food store at a new site in Wolverhampton soon. I hope so. The store in Dudley Street Wolverhampton will be missed.”

“A great stop off on my way home. The place has a great range of clothing, to housewear products to festive goods and snacks. I managed to get 2 pairs of trousers that I have been searching weeks on the high street and Internet for. Loads of parking, lots of choice, easy access and helpful staff.”

“I visited B&Q in Walsall today to pick up some compost and other gardening bits. I initially asked a member of staff, Paul, where to find a particular product, and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he later came over to offer more in-depth help. He took the time to understand what I was growing and gave great advice on improving soil quality specifically for growing vegetables. His product knowledge was excellent, and it really showed that he knew what he was talking about—especially as he mentioned that he grows his own vegetables and uses the same products himself. In a time where good customer service feels increasingly rare, it was refreshing to receive such personal and helpful support. It made me feel confident that I’d chosen the right place to shop.
