βReally beautifully maintained. Sanitiser, poo bags, water, and multiple seating areas for human companions provided. Met one of the owners upon our first visit who gave us the rundown. The pooches loved it!β
βGreat secure dog park. Good parking, high and sturdy fencing, plus plenty to keep dogs entertained. Nice log cabin where people can shelter is the weather turns for the worse. A small stream down one side gives extra for dogs to explore and have a paddle or a drink. Plenty of dog drinking water on site, plus poo bins. Well thought out dog park to which we will happily return to. 2nd visit today with our two rescue dogs. Having visited several other dog parks around the area I believe Inca's is the best.β
βMan running the counter was from other branch but went out of his way to help get my order sorted and home delivery. Didnt catch his name but a credit to the company.β
βReally lovely family stay at cottage 4, Jeremy is a lovely host with an in-depth knowledge of the lighthouse and surrounding area. Strongly recommend.β
βThe cabins are clean, fresh and modern. I never had any issues whilst there. Stephen (Owner) was always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The grounds are always well kept. The other visitors never made any loud noises and everyone I did speak to there was polite and friendly. Dogs are allowed which is a massive bonus! (As a dog owner myself i know its a struggle to find accomodation) And the best thing about this place is its a family run business, meaning they just want the park to operate peacefully and everyone on it to be equally content. They are not just chasing the money. I visited multiple parks before this one and hands down this is the cheapest whilst still having the highest standards and qualities! I will definitely be returning and I hope people read these reviews so they can support this small local business too! Thanks again Stephen and see you soon!β
βWe loved our canoeing experience. The instructor was fabulous and my son loved every minute.β
βGreat friendly service . Didn't have the part I needed but gave me plenty advice and leads to work on. Much appreciated help.β
βGreat vets kind caring to animals and people. With a great viability of items in storeβ
βLots of dogs being walked by their furparents, Some di not have a leash on them, but overall no aggressive dogs noted . Place has the feel and ambiance of a golf course. Quiet and serene. Good place to jog, bike, and walk your dogs. Be careful as there are dog poop around.β
βHad a delivery here today.. Arrived at 11.50 and to be told by, I think possibly the yard foreman come back in 2 hrs as its out policy to have a 2 hr lunch break..!! 2 hr wait is not ideal in road haulage.. Spoke to guy in office and was told to go see the young lad on the fork. Leon couldn't have been more helpful. Pointed me in the direction of unloading Bay, 3 pallets removed and I was on my way . Thankyou for going out your way Leon, its much appreciated.β
βPlaced 100s of orders over the years, always ready within minutes, collection is rapid. Staff are nice and had an easy exchange of a faulty tool, direct to screwfixβ
βFirst class service every time .β
βFrom the moment I walked through the door, I couldnβt fault a single thing. And trust me, I am a self-confessed hotel snobβthe kind who judges places by the fluffiness of their lobby cushions. But this hotel ticked every boxβ¦ and at a price so good I briefly wondered if theyβd mixed up my booking with someone far less demanding. The two young women on reception were fantasticβfriendly, smiley, and so well presented I considered standing up straighter just talking to them. They chatted like we were old pals, asked about my daughterβs university visit, and answered every question without even a hint of βplease go away.β Truly a credit to the hotel. Walking from reception to our ground-floor room (147), the place just kept impressing me. Everything is immaculate, fresh, and spotless. The corridors are so well lit I half expected someone to hand me a script and tell me we were filming a toothpaste advert. Our room had two double beds with duvets so comfortable Iβm convinced theyβre filled with clouds stolen from a Pixar movie. The pillows were perfect, and the sheets were so brilliantly white that I lay down carefully to avoid disturbing their purity. Beautiful tartan blackout blinds on both windows added a classy touch. There was tea, coffee, a microwave, a fridge cleverly tucked in the wardrobe area, and two wing-back chairs that made me feel like I should be reading a classic novelβeven though all I did was stare at the TV, which has every app and channel known to mankind. Now, the bathroom. As someone who enjoys a long shower (the type where you emerge looking like a raisin), this one was an absolute triumph. I stood under that rainfall shower for a solid 20 minutes, admiring the red brick feature wallβsomething Iβve never seen in a shower before, but now firmly believe should be mandatory everywhere. The shower gel also smells so good Iβm thinking of wearing it as a fragrance. This morning I popped back to reception because the car park was full last night. Once again, the same young lady greeted me with a smile that suggested she actually remembered who I wasβa rare and powerful skill in hospitality. She helped me get my van off the street before the traffic enforcement team could appear and ruin my day. She deserves a medalβ¦ or at least an extra biscuit in the staff room. I know itβs early to say this, but Iβm fully expecting breakfast to be spectacular. At this point, the only way this hotel could disappoint me is if they suddenly run out of bacon. In fact, Iβm secretly hoping my daughter chooses Aberdeen University (RGU), not just for her futureβbut so my wife and I have an excuse to come back here every month and live our best hotel life. Overall, this hotel doesnβt just earn 5 starsβit swipes them, polishes them, and presents them back with a smile. Well done Sandman Signature this hotel and your staff are above fantastic.β

βAlthough the store being understaffed and quite busy at the time of my arrival, I was served by two amazing colleges, Jess and Scott the very strapping young lad, they assisted me with finding all 8 items that I was having issues with. And I am sure to come back to the westhill store.β
βwas served by claire today lovely, friendly girl. told us about bonus card, packed our shopping for delivery later. such a delight to be served by somebody that is customer friendly. lots of great choice, & variety we will be going back to this store. thank you claireβ
βAs premier inns go, it is falls within the middle of the spectrum. Not bad but not amazing either - clean rooms and standard facilities do the job perfectly, with a small room for breakfast and a carvery next door. The location isn't amazing but the hotel itself is fine. Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn, in a positive way.β
βLovely staff. Very accommodating..That's what makes this place nice. Change of room. Wasn't a problem. Helpful staff. Very happy with the service given so thanks goes to them.β
βThe members of staff that work there are lovely and very knowledgeable. They helped us a lot and encouraged us to try different mattresses to get the feel of what is right to us. They told us about different offers that they currently have and etc.β

βContains large variety of pet products suited for all types and sizes. The products have lasted us a year now and returns were easy when not suitable! Staff were kind and helpfulβ
βThank you so very much for the person who found my phone last Monday in cinema 7 and handed it to the office. I am very grateful. I was very lucky a kind and honest person saved me a lot of hassle and grief. Thank you too for the attendant who took me to room 7 and checked if we could find it and then checked if my phone had been handed in.β
βA lovely wee busy cafe in Hazlehead park. We had a good time at the cafe. Nice selection of cakes - it was the first time I had seen a blueberry Bakewell being sold in a cafe, and it was really nice! Staff were ready for the busyness, and it was a somewhat fast service. Itβs quite a cute and small cafe, so I do foresee it getting a bit crammed sometimes, and maybe not being able to seat everyone that comes in. But that might not be the case all the time (we came in during the Easter holidays).β
βAn excellent addition to Aberdeen harbour to accommodate cruise ships bringing foreign visitors to the Highlands.β
βQuiet little park with access to main road, railway walk and there is a little.nature area beside itβ
βNot a 5 star hotel, but not pretending to be one either. Rooms clean and functional. Excellent parking. Breakfast freshly prepared and no complaints about the selection or quality. 3rd time we've stayed here and we'll be back.β
