“Found this garage through who can fix my car after buying an absolute lemon of a car from a well known dealer in mallusk who washed their hands of the car Firstly these guys are brilliant can fit you in quickly and easy paid. First repair was a set of front shocks as the dealer I got the car from sent the car out with the front end bouncing all over the place and refused to work on it under wear and tear these guys were the cheapest and had the car back on the same day. When collecting the car the mechanic showed me the old part and it was completely shot Second repair was a stuck calliper again cheapest and extremely quick turnaround. When I bought my car the injector went 7 days into ownership and repaired under warranty but due to the workmanship of the supplying dealer they refitted the injector bolt rather than replace as recommended by Skoda and the injector worked itself loose dealer washed their hands of it and refused so phoned valley autos in a complete panic thinking it would be a new head required and the mechanic on the phone was very confident and priced the work up considerably cheaper and was sure he could get the broken bolt out. They sorted out the recovery and had the car in on Friday and the car was ready by Saturday even though they aren’t officially open they got it out and replaced the bolt without having to remove the head or retap threads all for under 200 pounds including the recovery from my house. The service I have received by these guys is absolutely outstanding I have saved so much money fixing this car by using valley autos and the repairs are done correctly the first time. I have recommended some people who have also had work done and were also happy with the service. Thanks”

“I have been going to Jack's Barbers for around 10 years now. First of all, Jack is an absolute gentleman and welcomes all customers into the shopz his customer service is next to none. Jack is very conversational and that makes the experience of going to Jack's all the better. From I have known Jack, he has actively supported the local communities that surround the city centre, whether that be by sponsoring the local youth or senior football squads with kits and equipment, or opening on Christmas day to complete haircuts for the Homeless community. The waiting times can be long if the shop is busy, but that tells you that people are happy to wait for a good quality haircut. Jack is now a very goof friend of mine and actually reached out to me multiple times when I had taken ill as of recently. Shoukran Jack. Keep up the good work mate!”

“Visit to the store on Sat 27th July looking for outdoor toddler toys. Was quickly approached by a young guy - i'm assuming a student who quickly identified what we were looking for and directed us to and ex display slide and ex display climbing frame. We agreed to purchase, he radioed a code through to the tills, we went and paid. By the time we had got back he and his colleague had moved the items to the door for easy loading, they then even help me put the toys in the van. Both these young men should be commended for the friendly and helpful approach. They went the extra mile for us.”

“popped in with my father in law who lives locally. The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, measured up my father in law for the correct size chair and told us much about the chairs that we didn't know - ie pressure points. The chairs aren't cheap but as this is a health investment as opposed to simply a place to sit - they really are worth it.”
