The food is a nice addition to the drinks, with a small but well-curated range of breakfast options, pastries, and cakes. I tried their banana bread — moist, just the right amount of sweet — alongside my flat white, and it made for a lovely combination. Some say the prices are a bit on the high side, but for the quality, I think it’s worth it. The service is typically warm and efficient, although there can be a short wait during busy periods, especially on weekend mornings. The seating is comfortable with plenty of nooks for reading, meetings, or a bit of solitary relaxation.”

“Edit: We have returned to Java Lounge Blythe Valley park today and I must say we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My coffee was beautifully made and delicious and the children loved their milkshakes. The bearded cheerful chap that made the drinks was attentive and we felt well looked after. We will be returning in future. Thank you. Original review: We have driven past it so many times on our way to and back from VA, so anticipation was building up. We finally stopped off for the first time at Blythe Valley Java Lounge to have a drink on 24/11/18 at around 4pm. First impression was great - decor is lovely, it was clean and welcoming. My children have chosen 2 milkshakes and I went for caramel nutty latte ( or something along those lines, can’t remember exact name). Kids loved their shakes, but my latte was sickening sweet, there must have been a third of a cup or more syrup there. I could not drink it. I raised the issue at the till with a person who made the drink but he said that’s just how it is, it’s caramel after all. I have had caramel lattes from most other established coffee chains including one that is a fast food and never had to leave the drink barely touched. To sum it up, even though my children loved their drinks, we will not be returning as I left very disappointed.”

“Great location and situated close to a main road, so easy to get to - no matter your form of transport. Has a small and convenient car park which holds three cars, which is plenty - if you're popping by for breakfast/lunch to go. Food is delicious and very reasonably priced, especially considering the great portion sizes. I had a bacon, egg and sausage sandwich with two hash browns. Absolutely lovely, it was freshly cooked/made to order in no time at all! My only constructive criticism is that it's cash only, which is a shame in this day and age with card/phone/NFC payments. However, there is a cashpoint just over the road at Tesco - so paying cash is not inconvenient in the slightest. Staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Always make a bright start to the day. I go here once a week to support such a wonderful local business.”

“Found this cafe by chance when randomly looking nearby, will definitely re-visit when the weather is better as there are some nice walks nearby. The food was great, and the service was quick. I had a chicken pie, and my wife had a jacket potato. Coffee was also good, and we were both surprised by how good the prices were for the quality and the portion sizes.”

Nice independent spot and there’s a play area for children but I didn’t use it so I can’t comment on that. I liked that I was able to alter what I wanted in my panini as it was made fresh and I was able to choose out of a toastie, flatbread, bagel and panini. Priced at just under £17. Overall good experience.”

“Went in with my son yesterday for lunch. I do really like this cafe. The service is always excellent. Warm welcome and very friendly staff. Cafe and toilet always very clean. Not a cafe you walk out smelling of grease either. Food always well presented, served hot and excellent selection. I had egg and mushroom sandwich, delicious and son had child's nugget meal. Homemade chips that I had to pinch one off his plate. Whether on your own or with company this is a lovely place to visit for a bite to eat or drink and cake. They have one in Boldmere too which I've tried for take out.”

“The lady serving today 02.11 was on her own and it being a Saturday… was very busy! She was evidently working hard and trying to keep on top of all the orders as best as she could. “Me and my wife visit every Saturday morning, and it’s always a brilliant experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the quality of the coffee is excellent, and it has a real coffee shop vibe. Nice background music, a relaxed atmosphere, and a lovely place whether you want to work, chill, or just enjoy a proper coffee. Highly recommended!”

“Great reception and kindness. There food is delicious and great with good aromas. I always use them whenever I can but on this occasion, I am rating them for letting my kids use their toilet facilities. On my way to London, my kids needed to use toilet but nowhere around; I just popped in, asked the receptionist and she granted us access. Their environment was neat and well decorated; their toilets were clean and neat. They have delicious dishes displayed all over the shelves. Highly recommended.”
