“Big shout out to Evangeline who went over and above crafting my drink according to my preference. She recommended a drink that might suit my needs and served my autistic child with such a friendly manner. Keep up the great work!”
“What an improvement and cleaner too, the only change I can see is a new possible manager called Lewis. To whom seems to have all the staff doing jobs that I have never seen them attempt to do before, as well as himself sweeping the floors and behind counters, he was none stop. What a refreshing change, and keep up the good work Lewis as changes are visible even the small ones. WELL DONE”
“I come in every Friday with my dear friend. We have been consistently greeted well and our drinks are always to a top standard. A worker, Sam is always very polite and he always greets us with a smile. Another worker, Thia is also fast and efficient in making our drinks and they always make for an enjoyable experience.”
“I can't thank here enough, I have to come daily to get my son a chocolate twist who has an eating disorder, where the team put one to the side for me. The team are great and friendly and always happy to help.”
“I went to see a movie and noticed this outlet and ordered a large capuccino and was served by Brandon (I hope that is right). Not only was the coffe one of the best I have had but also the service was second to none with this chatty Barista. The place was clean and tidy and there was a fair selection of cakes and pasteries. You have to note though anyone with a Costa app can get the points for the coffee but you cannot redeem your free drink if you have one on the app. The place was busy with a number of people enjoy coffee and treats sat in the lounge area but I could imagine it getting busy but there was two people on when I visited dealing with the customers very well.”
“Lovely hot chocolate with all the naught bits ,cheerful staff ,just what was needed after a chilly walk”
“I rarely get the chance to visit Harborne unless it’s work-related, so when I do, I like to treat myself. I came across Coffee Tales early in the morning, and it was nice and quiet around 8:30 am. The server was very friendly, making pleasant conversation and asking about my plans for the day. I had a mocha, which was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, followed by a lovely vegetarian breakfast. The portion was generous, and everything was well-prepared. The only slight letdown was the vegetarian sausages – given the price point, I expected a bit more flavour or a different brand. That said, it was still a very enjoyable start to the day before a long work training session. I’d happily return for the great coffee and welcoming atmosphere.”
“Such a beautiful little cafe ! There so friendly and nothing is to much. They Make you feel fully welcome and there food is perfect! Proces are great value for what you get. This wasnt my first time visiting but it was for my partner.. he is now saying this will become our regular breakfast place!”
“Located in the office area of Merry Hill on Waterfront East, this little gem deserves to be much better known. The food is of amazing quality, taste and freshness, being made fresh each day. Portion sizes are enough to keep hungry builders leaving some for later in the day. Baked potatoes with fillings and some hot pies all with salad. The coffee is good made from beans with an Italian coffee machine.”
“Great place for a coffee and something to eat.Staff always polite and helpful.”
“Café Nero is a great option if you want a reliable coffee shop. The coffee is consistently good, and they have a decent selection of pastries and sandwiches. The atmosphere is usually pretty chill, making it a good spot to hang with friends or get some work done. Plus, the staff is generally friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better.”
“Birmingham needed a place like this. Chai & Crumbs nails the balance between comfort food and a modern café vibe. It’s not just the food that’s great – the playlists, the decor, even the tableware feels thought-out. Their masala chips are the best I’ve had outside of Pakistan, and don’t get me started on the Oreo chai...”
“I go to this store in Halesowen daily. The staff work here are Friendly, Polite & Hard Working in a busy store. They encounter some Disrespect from Customers. Also some Customers treat the store like Animals at a Zoo, by leaving mess on the floor and scattered on the table.”
“Excellent little cafe. We used a voucher for a cream tea and it was amazing! Different way of presenting the sandwiches and cakes on a little beer garden bench loved it.”
“A good coffee shop with plenty of options on drinks as well as food, service was good and it was clean and tidy, tables cleared away quick ready for other customers, the atmosphere was calm and not too noisy”
“Wide range of fusion coffees and a warm welcome plus a snall snack shop. Most appropriate for Ethiopian or Eritrean conversations.”
“Great manager he sorted my problem straight away. Hes a lovely person the lady who served me had gorgeous curly hair and a lovely smile.”
“The shop is nice, bright and airy. It has nice decors throughout. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I even got a free cookie as the first one she gave me is broken which is quite nice. I had a wet cappuccino and it was as I want my coffee to be. I love the atmosphere of the shop a bit busy but with the right amount of buzz going.”
“I visited this Costa and I decided to have the Black Forest hot chocolate and it was absolutely delicious. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It’s well stopping off for a break if you’re in the area. Recommended”
“So this Costa is a pretty good Costa. It's by a main road, but that's to the plants/ layoit the road is shielded from view. The outdoor area is nice and the seating inside is ok. Only small problem is the entrance to the car park is a pain in the bum, it's only really wide enough for one modern car to drive through.”
“I love coming here. The staff are always so friendly, and delivery is always speedy. If you're every in the area, I highly recommend this Costa”
“Fantastic love the new disabled toilets helped me a lot with my son Thanks for putting them there xx”
“Costa coffee is a safe and solid choice whether eating in or on the go. Their cheese and tomato toasties are melty and flavourful, their Mac and cheese gooey, cheesy and always piping hot. You can’t go wrong with these choices. Costa’s Ice tea is a go to favourite for drinkers who favour more water based and refreshing beverages. However, their Easter especially mini egg cookies are on the sickly-sweet side but having them heated up definitely enhances the overall taste. Wonderful service, cosy atmosphere and tasty food. What more do you want? - P.R”
“Friendly service, very polite and good decent food for an average price, a large selection of sandwiches, they have an all day breakfast served until 2.30pm and the hot drinks are good. Overall 5* for this hidden gem.”
“This lovely Costa is located just inside the main entrance of Melbicks Garden Centre. As with the garden centre dogs are welcome and there are seats where you can safely sit with your dog. Weather and inclination permitting, you can even sit outside in the fresh air. A great visit.”
“Wonderful place to have breakfast. The food is tasty and the portion sizes are more than enough. Anaka and John have a such a high level of customer service. I'd definitely recommend.”
“DOG FRIENDLY. Great that this place was open on a Sunday morning. Good coffee. Clean, contemporary interior. Good coffee served in tasteful ceramic cups. I'm so pleased there's a dog friendly place where I can bring my dog for a coffee in this part of Birmingham.”
“Honestly makes my morning coming here , the team are so friendly , massive shout out to Jess the manager , so very kind , she has donated towards my grandsons memorial charity we do every year , she really is a beautiful kind soul , you are very lucky to have someone as amazing as her to work in your store.”
“Took my Dad today and had such lovely service. The girls were so busy and despite this were so happy and helpful. It was a girl with tattoos in particular and I also saw her come away from the counter to help an elderly couple choose a sandwich from the fridge which I thought was so lovely”
