They also cleaned up and took the excess carpet away, which I was pleased with. Would have been a headache to get rid of it.”

“Spot On. Clean, great room, comfy bed, great coffee machine, loved the style of the building and location. Coffee shop round the corner. Parking on the road outside. Checked in on my phone, even called the lift on my phone! 15 min walk from the utilita arena. 20 min walk into town. 10/10.”

“Fabulous pub, new landlord and landlady making there mark everywhere is shiny clean, staff members serving with a smile, there’s even things on the “what’s on board” landlord described all the up and coming events and sports which I think will bring the pub to a whole new level!! new chefs are creating lovely looking food presentation is completely new and it’s piping hot, foods very cheap and tasty I stopped coming due to food being awful but looks like this will be my go to pub for grub!”

“We have hundreds of visits to Nando’s on our belts. On arrival we was greeted by Tom, it was toms first day. What an absolute breath of fresh air he was. He has customer service you can not teach, a down to earth larger than life individual who for his first day asked all the normal questions about allegens and if it was our first visit but also how our day was going, it was going bad up until this point and made me feel welcome and warming. He didn’t stop here a child opposite had pop he didn’t like and Tom managed to observe this issue and asked if he would like to swap glasses which visibly made the child’s experience happy. A table behind us had an issue with heat of the chicken and he was swiftly trying to resolve, doing all this while introducing himself with a handshake to his colleagues that were walking in starting shift. I have never experienced anything as amazing as Tom and if I had a business card I honestly would have tried poach him for my business. What a credit to Nando’s and please hold onto him.”

“David at Ikon kitchens came highly recommended from a neighbour. Finding a reliable trader these days is hard. After shopping around, we decided to go with David. And he was as good as expected. We had a main kitchen area and a utility / spice kitchen done by David and his team, completed in Oct-Nov 2022. Design, selection of worktops/units, installation, aftercare - nothing was too much trouble. Always at the end of a telephone or email. And his installer Duncan is meticulous and reliable. When several unexpected challenges in our extension work was threatening the timescales, and the completion, that’s when David’s true worth came through. He was there throughout, sorting any glitches, advising as needed, calling suppliers and sorting the rearranged schedules without any hesitation. He even came with his tool kit and sorted a tall unit door installation so the builders could proceed instead of asking us to wait a week as planned for the installer to fit. And, aftercare was excellent too. A minor problem with the range cooker which could have been easily left to the customer to contact the manufacturer was dealt with by David. He took time to visit and understand the problem, contacted the manufacturer and arranged the engineer visit. We would recommend David and Ikon kitchens any day.”

“We recently had fitted wardrobes installed by Bartlams and we are really happy with the result. We dealt with Richard, who was fantastic throughout. He was friendly, easy to get along with, and very flexible. He fitted wardrobes in a downstairs bedroom and also in our loft, which was tricky because of the angled ceilings. I was a bit concerned at first, but the finished job is absolutely fantastic. A very professional, 10 out of 10 job. The whole team was professional and the quality of the work is excellent.
