“I was referred here for an ultrasound and internal examination. The receptionist who booked me in was friendly and helpful, and made sure I knew exactly where to wait. Despite being early, I was called in within a couple of minutes, and both the doctor and nurse immediately put me at ease. The nurse was kind, reassuring, and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Very happy with my experience.”

“I always booked my appointment online using patient access. I have to keep checking to see if any appointments came available. But that’s better than waiting in a long queue on the phone. All the doctors I have been seen by at the surgery have been caring, compassionate and extremely helpful. I am never rushed during an appointment and always feel as if they have listened. In particular I’d like to give praise to Dr Wilcox and Dr Wooley. They are brilliant and I can’t thank them enough for there support and advice over the years. If you manage to get an appointment with these doctors then you’re in good hands.”

“I’ve had appointments with two GPs, dr Kharwadkar and dr Pasha and both experiences were very good. All staff, including the IUD assistant/nurse (apologies as I didn’t catch your name) really took their time to make me feel at ease and listened to the concerns that I had about my symptoms/the procedure. All reception staff have been very polite and helpful, too. I feel really lucky to have such a good health centre on my doorstep. Thank you.”

“Really good experience. Had to book an urgent appointment and I had the pleasure of having Dr Khushnud. I shared my concerns and she didn’t once make me feel like I was wasting her time or anything. She was reassuring, gave me a thorough examination and gave me advice on what to do next. I don’t generally have positive experiences in GPs but I felt a lot better after speaking to Dr Khushnud. If I have any concerns in the future I will definitely see if I can request her again, thank you.”

I have had some complicated issues that has required a lot of untangling to get my name correct, my records, everything that could go wrong, has. The clerical staff had been nothing but knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. This is the second GP I've had here in UK and by far the best. The Providers take their time and I never feel rushed and always feel heard. I wish they had more appointment availability as it is always hard to get an appointment.”

“I’ve just finished my first year of driving and was insured with my policy during this time and any issues I ever had were resolved rather quick by their customer service team I did have to make a complaint once however this was resolved next business day and resulted in an adequate solution being found for myself. For anyone considering this company I would say so long as your not planning to drive like a numpty then u should be fine I was accidentally speeding towards the end of my policy they rung me we had a conversation about it and they said all is good just be more careful in future overall never had any major issues with them.”
