“Have had a great experience with both Floyd and Elizabeth here! They are both very knowledgeable and clearly have a passion for these Renaultsports! I can’t thank them both enough for the work they have put in for me! I went in for a major engine service on my Twingo 2RS and I had great customer service, yes the job was technically supposed to be same day but they were running a bit behind so they kept the car overnight and got it done the next day. They understood that I needed a vehicle for work so they were able to loan me a car which they didn’t HAVE to do so I appreciate it! I can’t recommend them enough the knowledge Floyd has is amazing! And the customer service that Elizabeth provided me was next to none, have never been treated better when it comes to any garage! I will definitely be coming back for more work in the future! They came out within half an hour of me sending my address details to them and they carried out the removal and replacment before the end of the day. “The customer service here is absolutely brilliant. If you are unsure or struggle finding parts on the website, simply give them a call and they will be happy to help. Believe I spoke to Andy but not completely sure, however he was very polite, found the parts I needed before I could even finish my sentence and arranged payment and delivery over the phone. Delivery can take a few days depending on what you order or where items are stored but they do inform you of any potential delays, extra time needed before you buy. Parts are good quality, they offer low priced replica items as well as original parts so depending on what you want there are options to save a bit of money. “Pete Rogers is a fabulous vet, very caring and very knowledgeable. The team he has working for him are all lovely and very good at their jobs. He has looked after my dogs for several years, and because of the level of service provided by him, I have followed him on each of his moves. I now have to travel over 20 miles each way but it's worth it as I totally trust him with my dogs. Vets fees are expensive but if I can get the drugs on line cheaper, Pete is always happy to provide a prescription instead so I can save money. Thank you Pete and the team.”
