“Enjoy shopping here as they have everything I need in one place. 2 floors, upstairs for clothing and general house items, and downstairs for all your grocery needs. Massive car park dedicated solely for asda no other businesses around. Open 24 hours aswell which is very useful. It is always kept in good standards and shelfs are generally always stocked up.”

“Young lad at the counter new exactly what I needed to treat my allergic reaction to some hair dye, when he asked me if I was on any other medications he knew all about the effects of the tablets I was prescribed and explained to me the effects of the medication to treat my reaction. He was very sweet and quick to figure out which prescription was best suited to my situation ( other medications I am taking). Also, the staff in general were very efficient and the pharmacy was clean and organised.”

“I can’t begin to fathom the state of some of these reviews. I think people are getting confused with issues that are the doctors surgery fault as opposed to the pharmacy. When the doctor prescribes you something and tells you it’s next door, how do people expect it to magically appear in the matter of minutes? How do people not comprehend that? Now that I’ve got that off my chest, all I can say is that I have been going to this pharmacist for the last 20 years, I have seen the staff get verbally abused over things that aren’t their fault or in their control yet they still stay professional and friendly and try to help as much as they can. They have a great selection of over the counter items that are organised well so you can quickly find where everything is. All the staff work so hard which I really appreciate, thank you to all for their hard work and as for those who leave such ridiculous and cruel reviews, I think you need to find something better to do with your time then moan about inevitable queues and the fact that your prescription isn’t ready at the drop of a hat. Keep up the good work lloyds team!”

“Even when my medication was out of stock at numerous pharmacies including all local and Birmingham (shortage country wide) they manage to get it from there many suppliers hence I have now changed to this pharmacy for my regular prescriptions. Get a text a couple of days after submitting my request to the GP. Well done”
