“I had been before and had a negative experience. But I came on Wednesday to get a coil removed that was not agreeing with me. The nurses were all so lovely, was helped by a lovely lady with lots of tattoos who helped me get an appointment quickly and really relieved my stress about going. She was approachable and didn’t make me feel judged in any way. My coil was removed by a lovely nurse called Abby who was so so kind and very informative about the process. My experience has changed my view on the clinic and would like to thank the staff who were there on Wednesday :)”

“We chose bri to have our baby boy and we definitely made the right choice. Labour room was a bit cold because of ac was on apart from that couldn’t fault anything or anyone. Mac staff was very good and so was the Labour staff. Unfortunately my son got a little ill was transferred to neonatal care for a few days until he got better. Staff in there were amazing big shout out to zoe, sneha and aneesa and the doctors for looking after my son . Keep up the good work thank you for your support”

One thing I learned is finding a therapist is like shopping..you have to shop around till you find one that's suited for you. It took me ages to find places that worked for me and because of my wellbeing college it helped me massively. Don't be discouraged if it didnt work with these..there is loads more out there. I know it's hard especially when your already fighting a battle in your own head...but you just got to keep fighting till you find the right one.”

“5 star service from start to end. I cannot rate this warranty company highly enough. I do not understand why they are rated low as they are one of the best warranty companies in the UK. They fully repaired my families Jaguar F Pace S which needed a full engine rebuild. All covered under the platinum warranty plan. again a full engine rebuild was all covered under the platinum grade warranty plan. Now with all warranties, they are obviously not going to pay everything but I think they are very fair and the gentlemen I dealt with were all absolutely top chaps who were very fair. Polite, not once antagonistic and at the end of the day did their best to protect their business and myself as a customer. I won't say it was an easy thing to do to get this repaired as that would be facetious, but it was absolutely fair and they are absolutely willingly to work with you as a customer to look into and repair any issues. The only thing I paid was private diagnostics to prove the issue. This was a small cost I was happy to pay initially to get the claim moving. I cannot rate you highly enough and thank you enough for your amazing service. I bought the platinum grade warranty on the Jaguar which we purchased second hand. It came with the autotrust warranty and we continued to renew the policy each year. It was not exactly cheap, we paid nearly a grand a year in fees but at the end of the day it was worth every penny. I would reccomend buying the best quality plan you can afford. Get as much protection as you can, and ensure your car is well maintained. Don't skip oil changes and make sure wear items are replaced regularly. If you do the above. You will be well placed for recovery should the worst happen.
