“We went there with family this Sunday to have some takeaway, and it turned out that we could have seated. A lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The Team was very friendly and professional. If You are planning to visit Greece this summer or just wanted to refresh last years memories, then this place would be definitely for You. This is a huge achievement for the owners , as they are neither from Greece nor from Italy. We only ordered Gyros this time, but definitely come back to test some Italian goodies as well. Thank You for having us, and thank for being there to serve those fantastic foods on a daily basis.”

“Absolutely cracking little bar/pub. I’m here on a Saturday night and Peter the singer, is a genuine Irish bloke and a gentleman. He has ‘the way’ of helping you feel like you’re back in Ireland yet in the middle of Bradford… To sum it up; I popped in for a swift Guinness upon passing… 2.5hrs later, I’m still here with a huge smile on my face. I won’t say exactly how much a pint of (a very good pint of Guinness, by the way) costs as, as of always, it’s probably subject to change… But nder £4! Callum, the barman was absolutely perfect, great hospitality skills! Atmosphere: 10 Staff/service: 10 Guinness: a solid: 8.9/10”

“Such a beautiful timeless place, elegantly decorated. Takes you back to a different era. Spent my time going through their classic poetry novels at the back whilst waiting for our food. The staff are so attentive and happy to talk through the menu options, customer service is truly what brings you back to a place, and they’ve got it all in the bag here. Been here several times, can honestly say, had a pleasant experience each time. Last but not least, the food is lovely! So hearty and handmade with love you can tell. “A quirky and friendly train themed café. I am a local and travel by train into London from Brighouse regularly. What better way to start the day than a very large breakfast sandwich! Not only is it better value than breakfast available during the journey there is more and it tastes better. This morning's breakfast changed my life.”

“Service was amazing, very professional but not too formal. The waitress was so lovely she even bought my mum a birthday dessert out without us even asking for it. Lunchtime set menu was great value for money and we were all surprised how generous the portion sizes were. Overall it was a lovely experience and made my mums 60th really special!”

“It's a well spaced bar with a great beer garden. Food is top notch, there are trees. I like trees. Oh back to food, I had chips, they were delicious! I had onion rings, they were huge and tasty. I also had a margarita pizza, which was perfect. Don't judge! Lol”

“Came this afternoon (Thursday) for a drink and food. Very impressed. Summary, get yourself here! The lady serving was really nice and delivered a great customer service, drinks on draught had some money off which she told us about which was an added bonus. Service was quick and drinks reasonably priced. Went back to order food and nothing was too much trouble, explained everything to me and happy to make any amends to order if needed. Went for the fried Brie to start. Then lasagne with chunky chips & the Cajun chicken burger with fries. Both tasted freshly made and VERY hot. Really enjoyable meal and served in a reasonable amount of time, again we were sat outside in the sun and it wasn't a problem the lady bringing the food out, she even came to check once during the starter and once during mains if everything was ok! Going out of her way to deliver a fab service. Will be back and would recommend giving here a go!”

“Outstanding service from start to finish the young lady who was our waitress who looked after us on our visit was exceptional. We called in for my partners birthday and so gladx we did it was game week both of or favourites the venison and lobster surf and turf was a real delight all the food was cooked to perfection. Couldn't fault any part of our visit”

“Hands down the best Chinese take away I've ever used. The food is incredible and inexpensive. The staff are friendly and happy to help. They are flexible with their menu, which helped when my fussier child only wanted a few chicken balls with chips. I love that the kitchen is open and you can the chefs preparing your food I won't use another Chinese take away in Bradford”

“Was treated by my mum to an Eid meal here and it was most defo worth it. The server was so polite and attentive. Food was delicious. Defo recommend the prawn platter. Also had the Sunday lunch and ribeye steak with mash, garlic mushrooms and Coleslaw. Cannot fault it. One suggestion is when serving the beef that's already cooked, don't pop it on the grill to sear as it dries out but the food was still an experience. Not too expensive for what it is and the portions aswell. Already arranging my next trip!”

“My first time trying the Bankhouse since it reopened! Beautiful views, really fresh food and lovely drinks + friendly people behind the bar and out n about in the restaurant/beer garden. This is probably one of the best beer gardens in the Pudsey area - the sounds of birds are so enjoyable as you look out onto the valley. For a non alcoholic summer drink I recommend the blackberry spritz - very sweet and refreshing without being too tangy. The club sandwich was DIVINE and the chefs hadn't scrimped on fillings. The meat was trusting and the salad leaves, cucumber and peppers were fresh and crunchy. The chips were the same vibe too! The portion size was nice and filling after a walk. It has always been a perfect location for a post stroll bite to eat but very enjoyable. You can expect to pay around £12.95 for dishes like sandwiches but the other pub classics are a bit more, you're looking at around 17/18 quid :)”
