“Swimming is not something I enjoy but I always wanted to get my son involved after he was born. I have attended about 6 lessons now with Puddle Ducks and my 7 month old son has gone from crying getting in the pool on his first lesson to being really excited to practice jumping in the pool. It's amazing to see that in such a short space of time how confident he has become. Catherine is a great teacher, is genuinely interested in how each baby is progressing and makes the group feel welcome and valued. And dare I say it, I have a fun time swimming too! BigBox is also a great venue too, clean and inviting. Could do with some more baby changing tables on the family changing room though!”
“We would like to give a huge shout-out to Naz at Cedar Court Bradford, who is truly exceptional. She always greets us so beautifully and instantly makes us feel like family. Naz is caring, considerate, and knows her job inside out. Her commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and making guests like us feel welcomed and settled in the hotel is second to none. It’s genuinely not the same when she isn’t around. She feels like part of the furniture—in the best possible way—and we always enjoy the lovely banter we share with her. Naz is professional, open, warm, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Her hosting skills are excellent, and she’s always there when needed. Me and my family adore her to bits and wish her every success in her role at Cedar Court Bradford. It’s because of people like Naz that we continue to return; she makes the whole experience wonderful. We’d also like to extend our best wishes to all the staff and management at Cedar Court. The hotel has really upped its game recently, and the rooms—especially the executive rooms—are delightful. They are extremely clean, furnished to high standards, and come with everything you could possibly need, including high-quality extras. You know a hotel is top-tier when they stock The White Company shampoos and conditioners—absolutely superb! If we were to make one small suggestion, it would be to add a standing wardrobe in the larger rooms so clothes can be hung up easily. Apart from that, the stay is exceptional—especially thanks to the brilliant management team, and of course, Naz. Without her, the place isn’t quite the same in terms of service! Best wishes, Tal and Aisha from Manchester”

“Stayed at the Craiglands hotel for 2 nights for the CVI society convention with my daughter who is a wheelchair user. We stayed in an accessible room which was lovely, enough room for her big powerchair. Huge accessible shower. Lovely comfortable beds. The food ( for the whole 2 days) was very tasty. The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly and any query or request was quickly answered. A lovely stay in a nice hotel”
“I like that everything is under one roof, I can gym, swim, do classes and use the steam room all for a reasonable price. Off peak is good value. I travel 2 to 3 months a year, I like that I am able to suspend my membership while I am away (for £5.00 per month). Staff are a quite young, they would benefit from a little customer care training such as acknowledging you as you leave, being more present in the gym.”
