Pip was in pain and very scared and so difficult to deal with but at every stage this was worked around and managed brilliantly. All vets and nurses were so thorough, professional and kind, and Pip was treat like a VIP. Communication was great, a CT scan and surgery were arranged really quickly, any questions, concerns and needs acted on straightaway, and everything possible was done to minimise stress and handling. The surgery was precise and fully successful, post-op bandaging was particularly impressive and didn’t move a millimeter despite his ... energy levels!
