“I visited Brighton store on Tuesday the 7th and the two girl working day day were fantastic. They made me feel welcome, engaged and the girl who served me at the changing room was so patient and helpful. I took ages trying in different items and sizes and I am very fussy and indecisive client so it takes someone very patient to deal with me. Both girls are very kind and creating a lovely atmosphere. They have no problem running in and out to either shop floor or stock room to check for sizes you require when you are stuck in the changing room. I mostly shop online for Lululemon but I will definitely be visiting Brighton store more often. Thank you so much for excellent service. Coming from retail management background myself ( including fashion ) I do appreciate how I was treated on that day.”

“I've just moved to the area and this may be my new favourite supermarket!! Sheer range of items from home to food to clothing ✅ Cheaper than my normal Tesco shop ✅ Massive car park with many spaces ✅ And the chefs kiss, I originally went in to the store for only a couple of things, managed to do a big shop and the staff were so friendly they helped me get a trolley for my items and helped me pack them at the end!! 10/10! “Unbelievable experience!! Customer service is outstanding!! I stumbled across a bike I liked online and went to the nearest store to see it in person. I saw a really cheap cannondale and thought as a beginner it would be a decent upgrade to a known brand and well within budget. I then spotted (right next to it) a trek marlin 7 which was in a special offer. I was talking to the assistant and he said it was better but left me to ponder on my own, which I thought was nice. After answering many many questions I decided to buy the trek as it was much more bike for the money. At no point was there “upselling” and they let me go through my motions. I brought the bike and some extras, which they fitted for me and it was ready to collect within 24 hours! Josh, Stan, Connor and Carl at the Brighton branch are fantastic with customers, knowledgeable and never speak down to you or get annoyed with questions. All of them were helpful and explained everything in detail. If you are in the Brighton area and need a bike, do not look any further. I will be going there for all bike related purchases from here on out. Halfords….. who?! Lol”

“We would like to give Josh 10 stars for customer service. On Monday afternoon brought 2 pairs of shoes for our wedding (1pair being for my son) and 1 pair had to be delivered. They arrived as promised on Tuesday afternoon. Sadly too big so went back to see Josh at Churchill Square Brighton early Wednesday morning and he not only reordered another pair but reassured us that if they didn't come next day he would find a solution. Pleased to say they arrived first thing this morning (Thursday) and we get married tomorrow (not my son!!!). Thank you Josh for going above and beyond on customer service.... We will definitely be shopping in Sole Trader again and will be recommending to others too.”

“I'm not a fan of fast fashion but after losing my luggage during my visit in Brighton I went to Zara looking for a warm jacket. Store was messy (it was around 2 pm) so I couldn't find anything. I approached Christian, one of the staff members. He smiled at the very first time he saw me and he didn't stop doing it. I asked for some advices and he showed me some trendy options. It was a bit expensive and I decided to went somewhere else but then Christian found a really nice one. It was on the stock room, so he ordered it and made us wait next to the lift, really close to the changing rooms. Since I was waiting, any of the other staff members looked at me. I asked one blonde girl, and without letting me finish she replied she was very busy and I needed to wait a bit more. After 5 minutes Christian saw me waiting, and he approached us smiling as before and asked if we had received the jacket. I told him that I was waiting for almost half hour and then he went by himself and brought it. It was odd because meanwhile some assistants were "really busy" just moving around and couldn't help me, Christian did it twice in less than 10 minutes, even when he was carrying heavy stuff. Honestly, I'd put 2-3 stars based in the overall experience, but I think Christian deserves to be recognized because his costumer service is amazing.”

“Overall, I’d rate Flannels Brighton 3 stars based on my past experiences, as I didn’t always feel very welcomed on previous visits. However, today completely changed my view thanks to Sky in the men’s section upstairs. She deserves 5 stars on her own — patient, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I spent over an hour shopping, kept changing my mind, and she still happily brought me everything I needed to try.
