I had already been turned away from a similar shop in Coventry as it was a Ford issued sat nav stereo which they didn't want to touch. The guys couldnt of been more helpful if they tried top service and gave me some good honest advice regarding possible upgrades. I will deffo be returning for anything else I might need. “How many Halfords employees does it take to change a lightbulb? 2 apparently; one grumpy old man to tell you not to park your car in a fitting bay (at the time you have booked) only to have to move it immediately back there after moving it elsewhere and then to tell you they can't change the headlamp bulb on your car even though you tell them you have seen it done before without taking the whole headlamp unit out and then the 18 year old who apparently knows nothing to do it in a matter of seconds. The 5 stars are for the young lad who was very polite with a great customer manner and an extra bonus 0 stars were awarded for the grumpy git (If he wasn't just having an off day please let the young lad give him a bit of training).”

“Our daughter is 15 and has just got distinction in grade 8 piano - she has had a distinction in every exam she has done with Vic, which is a huge compliment to Vic. What is more important to us is that our daughter absolutely loves her lessons & has so much fun with Vic. As a result of enjoying the lessons so much, our daughter had the confidence to begin teaching others aged 13 - Vic is relaxed, cheerful :) & every lesson has purpose.
