βVery considerate and help staff. When I couldn't find a lighting components to match the problem. He graciously sorted it for me.β
βI canβt praise these guys enough. Not only did their prices beat others, the guys, who installed my dishwasher, and then came back when I had a query, were simply wonderful. They did not hesitate, they just returned and put my mind at rest. Thank you, Southpoint Euronics, youβre the best. Xxβ
βWe have recently bought a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner from Carters in Tarring Rd Worthing. Rob, the manager, is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive. Rob went out of his way to source the vacuum cleaner. Their customer service is good and being local is very accessible should I require it. I highly recommend them.β
βI needed a battery check and replacement battery if as I suspected mine was on it's way out. Promptly checked and confirmed I needed a new one. Not a 5 minute job replacing the Kuga battery but all done professionally ensuring no loss of codes etc by friendly staff. My only slight criticism would be only one choice and price of battery but I was just a drive in, so maybe with an advance booking there may have been a choice. Also I joined the Halfords motering club that gave me a free fitting and Β£10 off the battery price and some future benefits. Overall a good experience.β
βWent to the store to return a faulty light fitting Jared who served me his customer service was excellent in the way spoke to me the dealt with the problem I had. He is a credit to the companyβ
βBeen going here for years and never disappoints! Amazing tea and good music! Really lovely peopleβ
βJust had a coffee, but the atmosphere was good toilets spotless, staff extremely polite, and taking a small baby in there not a problem. Would definitely go back again and againβ
βProduct was available in store for immediate collection. Staff were super helpful even carrying a heavy battery to my vehicle for me. When most of my purchases are conducted online it was refreshing to be able to go into a store, find the products I wanted and leave with them on the same day, thanks to the kind and helpful staff.β
βGreat shop... Go to for any DIY or tools. Normally always has good stock with commodity supplies but if not you can order online at 7pm at night and they deliver to store by 10am the next morning. Brilliant service thanksβ
βCurtis always makes me feel welcome, Always goes out his way to help me out! His people skills are incredible. All the staff are excellent. My number one place to buy my plumbing materials.β
βThe home installation team are true experts in every sense of the word. On time, professional, friendly and respectful of my home, and they know much more about systems connectivity than all previous EE and Sky βexpertsβ combined. All the technical problems were resolved so effectively with no fuss or delay. An exceptionnal Customer Experience!β
βVery knowledgeable and fixed my laptop for free within seconds.β
βWe called in for coffee as we were visiting a nearby property that a relative is buying. This is a large pub - plenty of different seating areas. Very friendly helpful staff behind the counter. I would guess that this is an independently owned pub - you don't get service like this in a chain! Very attractive "pub classic" menu. I can't wait for the purchase to go through so that we can all return here for a meal and some drinks. Community pubs like this are increasingly rare. The coffee was good and surprisingly cheap. Thank you!β
βI came in for a windscreen repair. So quick, easy, and the staff were amazing. Rob did my windscreen repair and it looks really good. Anne serviced me at the tills, she was very friendly, efficient and helpful.β
βJake the bike mechanic went above and beyond to service and work on my bike. It went in a little worse for wear and came out better than itβs ever been. - upgraded my old handle bars to Aeros, - changed & re routing all the cables - wrapping new bar tape - adjusted the break and gear levers. - fixed my front mec - fitted a new rear cassette - fitted a new jockey wheel - gave the bike a βplatinum serviceβ Throughout the service he kept me updated on how it was going and any recommendations he would advise. All in all a very diligent, knowledge and trustworthy man. 10/10 Many thanks Tomβ

βGreat little store. Very helpful staff and they usually have stock of the items that you want. Staff also very good and help with a "have you got a thing that does this?" type queries.β
βI ordered the bits online and got a Tex the following day saying it's there and that I have 21 days to go and collect . Went to collect and there is plenty of parking and disabled bays , it didn't take long infancy there were several people in front of me but then they opened another till ,the young man also offered to take my things to the car as I use 2 crutches .would Def recommend, and WNT just be going to B&Q anymoreβ
βI work with video cameras and last March I had to do a show that required an external Ninja V monitor for a camera via battery power, without the battery being attached directly to the monitor. I had all the right components except a cable that could go out of the SmallRig 12v (2.1mm) plate into the Ninja V (2.5mm). I had ordered a DC power supply adapter β converting a 2.1mm male to a 2.5mm male, but it was coming in the mail I wasnβt sure if I was going to get to me on time - so in a last ditch effort I went all over Brighton and Hove into every electrical shop I could find for over 5 hours, asking for parts, everyone looked at me like I was crazy. Finally, I went into Street Sounds and explained to Richard what I was trying to do. He simply said bring in the cables and the device and letβs have a look. I went home grabbed the bits and brought everything back. He asked: All you want is a 2.1mm on onside and 2.5mm on other side of a cable? I was like Yep! He went thatβs easy, cut the 2 x cables to desired length, soldered the cable, threw some shrink wrap on it, heat gunned and said βtest thatβ. I did and it worked perfectly. I offered to pay for his help, he said no, I offered to buy him some drinks or something for his time. He said No, it was a simple easy job only took like 5 minutes and sometimes itβs enough to help someone and see how stuff works. I wish there was more people with this kind of outlook and customer service. Thank You!!! οβ
βDelicious food. My daughter eats lunch here at least twice a week!β
βGreat place! Really nice space and vibe. Can't recommend it enough!β

βWe really can't fault Optimum Southwick. The staff really know their products. Delivery was right on time and the guys were so helpful. I just wish we had found them earlier, before receiving a string of damaged items from that big name in white goods (I won't use the "C" word) Thanks Optimum, we'll see you again.β

βI highly recommend A.C. Knell. He provided the music for my recent birthday party. The dance floor was packed all night longβpeople couldn't stop moving. He played a great blend of music that kept everyone happy, mixing new hits with classic throwbacks perfectly. If you want a DJ who will keep the energy high and the party going, this is your person!β
βI cannot speak highly enough of Iconic computers, especially Scotts service. Scott is so calm and helpful and has always been able to sort out my computer and answer any questions I have about my apple devices quickly. I bought my reconditioned iPhone from Iconic as well as a reconditioned computer and I am delighted with them both. If you need help with your computer or need computer or phone accessories, check them out. They're brilliant!β
βOptimum engineers have been sent by our appliance insurers Domestic & General to repair our hob and oven several times over the last year, and we were always pleased by their efficiency and customer service. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to leave an online review though if I hadn't had a really awful experience with another company which Domestic & General sent to repair our oven last moth. Basically that company failed to do the job, we were without the oven for over 5 weeks and I spent half a day last week on the phone to Domestic & General insisting that they book us in with the engineers they sent to us in the past (Optimum). Eventually, the appointment was booked, their engineer came today, super-helpful and nice guy, fixed the oven in 10 minutes! I'd definitely recommend Optimum to others, both in terms of the quality of engineers we have dealt with and also very pleasant and helpful telephone customer service.β
