“We went here for our anniversary dinner, wonderful food and service! We had the duck and lamb, both very tender and juicy. For starters we had the duck roll and scallops, I normally don’t enjoy seafood which I always find “fishy” but I loved the scallop, complemented by the sauce/puree that goes with it. For dessert we had the mango cheesecake, not the most impressive but not bad and would overall recommend this place !”

“We came to Efes on a whim and what a great decision that was. Efes is easily the most authentic and lovely experience we've had in Worthing. Our server Ali was attentive throughout. We will definitely be returning and I would recommend the experience to anyone. The food was incredible, to the point where we took home leftovers and argued between us over whose dish was best (we couldn't decide! Both were amazing!). A 10/10 experience - the kind where if someone who was visiting Worthing asked me where I'd recommend for dinner, I would say Efes.”

“Wonderful food and great portions we had a lovely family meal. They don't do chips which the little one wanted although they do a kids size portion for one of meals which was good. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want to eat some lovely food in a great setting.”

“Pitch made us feel so special when we came to eat. Due to dietary issues, they created a menu just for us and the meal was excellent. Catered completely for low fodMap, dairy and gluten free and the staff were attentive, relaxed and friendly. We had a fantastic night and have no issues today. “We just had our work Christmas do at Indigo. The food was excellent, particularly the traditional Xmas dinner. Succulent turkey and crispy roast potatoes. The service throughout the night ran line clockwork and it was a great atmosphere.”

“This is such a hidden gem! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the food tastes as good as it looks like on the photos and is cheap for such quality. There is an ‘boutique’ tea section I fell in love with. There are so many different items on the menu I’d like to come back and try especially Lebanese themed items! The only thing is it is a bit dark inside inside but maybe that’s just my preference.”

“Lovely staff, even for a Friday evening we barely waited for our food. Fun atmosphere and amazing cocktails. We shared the platter for 2-3 with 4 and had the hot mezze starter. Perfect!”

“What a find! Pretty cafe, great atmosphere, coffee was delicious as was my hot chocolate! I had a tuna jacket which was divine and the side salad was a dish in itself, fresh and honestly one of nicest salads I’ve had. My partner had waffles which were delicious, great portions, well presented. Overall 10/10 Strong recommend Will be back very soon!”

“We had a table booked for 7:30 Wednesday 14th August for 4 people. We were seated in the courtyard and it was beautiful outside under the Jumbrella - the temperature was perfect : 3 of us had the chicken skewers to start and the chicken was so well cooked it easily came off of the skewer and the garlic butter was to die for. The other had the sharing platter for 2 (the fish one) it was a perfect size for a starter and for one person even though the rest of us “helped him out” . Portion sizes perfect. For mains we had 3 steaks and the surf and turf. Really generous portion sizes, quick service, food was DIVINE it was a shame to finish. We all had the same desert the chocolate mousse choux bun and even though nobody really had room for them they went down very easily!!! We will DEFINITELY return. The manager and all of the team were so attentive, friendly and professional it was a delight to be served by them. We loved the fact that it is a dog friendly restaurant and wish that there were more restaurants like this! Keep up the good work!”

“Hands down the best Bulgarian meal I’ve had outside of Bulgaria. Went to Donchevi Kitchen & Bar today with my other half for lunch. As I’m from Bulgaria, I always wanted to share my cuisine but previous attempt have not been successful due to lack of quality original Bulgarian ingredients or chef abilities. This restaurant on the other hand tasted like home. We had kufteta, shopska salad, mousakka, parlenka and chips with Bulgarian cheese. Everything was not only authentic but also delicious. I loved it so much I had to ask for takeaway bag to take some home. I definitely recommend the restaurant to both Bulgarians and to everyone keen to try something different which they will enjoy. My partner is a bit picky with their food as they are British and tend to go with Italian food or British but they loved it too.”

“The food here is sooooo good. I visited recently with my family for breakfast on a day trip to Worthing. I had the all day breakfast and it was so yummy. The bread was especially good. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this cafe.”

“The Dining Room hosted our 'after ceremony' meal in June 2022 and did a fantastic job. The venue is perfect for an intimate meal with close family, bridesmaids and best men - just what we wanted. We dropped some of our themed decorations off the day before which were all laid out for us when we arrived. The food was delicious and so unique for our special day - they accommodated for all different tastes. They offered a wide selection of drinks and you can also bring your own drinks for a corkage fee which we utilised for the toast. The location was very convenient for us due to our ceremony taking place a few minutes drive away. Our guests loved the surprise of the 'signing chef' after the speeches - a great mix of songs! They even went the extra mile and recorded a video of the 'singing chef' for us to add to our wedding video as we had missed filming it due to enjoying ourselves too much! Very reasonable pricing for a special meal. We hope to come back to celebrate our anniversary here time and time again.”
