“A most delicious pizzeria, which is a paradise for vegans. We walked around the nice city. A family of vegans, with children. Oregano was an excellent option for lunch. The restaurant opened just as we arrived, and we waited a bit for them to sort it out. The owner was nice to us the whole time. We ordered a margherita pizza for the kids. The adults shared a mushroom pizza and an oregano salad with sun-dried tomatoes and walnuts. The food was perfect, the service excellent. We have really enjoyed.”

“We went here for our anniversary dinner, wonderful food and service! We had the duck and lamb, both very tender and juicy. For starters we had the duck roll and scallops, I normally don’t enjoy seafood which I always find “fishy” but I loved the scallop, complemented by the sauce/puree that goes with it. For dessert we had the mango cheesecake, not the most impressive but not bad and would overall recommend this place !”

“Wow wow wow!! If you've never been to the Arcades restaurant on Worthing seafront you have to go! 5* food and 5* service. A family run business and a huge choice of menu and very reasonable prices! Where can you get a starter for £6 these days? We had whitebait and calamari starters. For mains we had steak, sea bass and cod and chips. All delicious and huge portions. The only picture I took was of the steak main If you've not tried this place you must!”

“I've lived in South India on and off for 30 years and when I'm back here, have always missed proper southern food. I've even travelled to Croydon just to eat idli when the missing has got too bad. These people make extravagantly good proper southern food. If you know this food, I guarantee you that here you've found the real thing. If you've never tried it, get in and eat! My favourites.....vada with a cup of tea in the afternoon; idli sambar for brunch with a side of coconut sambal; string hoppers and chickpea curry for teatime; paratha and chicken lollipop as late night munch.”

“We came to Efes on a whim and what a great decision that was. Efes is easily the most authentic and lovely experience we've had in Worthing. Our server Ali was attentive throughout. We will definitely be returning and I would recommend the experience to anyone. The food was incredible, to the point where we took home leftovers and argued between us over whose dish was best (we couldn't decide! Both were amazing!). A 10/10 experience - the kind where if someone who was visiting Worthing asked me where I'd recommend for dinner, I would say Efes.”

“Wonderful food and great portions we had a lovely family meal. They don't do chips which the little one wanted although they do a kids size portion for one of meals which was good. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want to eat some lovely food in a great setting.”

Catered completely for low fodMap, dairy and gluten free and the staff were attentive, relaxed and friendly. We had a fantastic night and have no issues today. “Just to highlight the excellence service - Spice I Am is our favourite takeaway and the food is always excellent. On this occasion they got our order wrong with one of the curries and i didn't see when i collected - we tried what they had sent but it was too hot. So i rang them and explained and they apologised and had the replacement delived to us without a fuss. Can't praise them highly enough”

“The food was authentic and very tasty. The fried platter was crispy and flavourful, with the right amount of spices that complemented the vegetarian toast made from sweet potatoes. The pan-fried beef noodle had great “wok hay” and tasted amazing. The deep-fried sweet and sour beef was crispy, and the sauce had a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors. For dessert, the toffee banana brought out the naturally sweet taste of the fruit, and when paired with the sweet toffee and ice cream, it created a delightful harmony of hot and cold sensations.”

My experience over the years just getting better and better! Owner always around very professional and friendly staff! Location just couple minutes walking distance from the Worthing sea side! Been going there from the day they open and will continue as they have best chicken wings and T-bone stake!”

“I like to use a restaurant a few times before I leave a review, I've ordered from Mumbai kitchen about 6 or 7 times, and I've throughly enjoyed every meal I've had. The food is really reasonably priced, not to expensive. I really like the curry box, it's perfect for one person, and comes with rice, the chips are nice to . The staff are always friendly to. I would definitely recommend giving Mumbai kitchen a try. It's five stars from me!”

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left he was attentive and made us feel like the only people in the bar despite the bar being full of Christmas parties. Would thoroughly recommend the bottomless brunch and Harlequins especially if served by Szymon!”

The service is always warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is great both inside and out, with elevated views of the beach, the Steyne, and Brighton in the distance, which makes it especially nice in the summer. It’s authentic and locally owned too. Highly recommend!”

“We went for the all you can eat Chinese and we can say it was some of the best Chinese food we have ever eaten! The duck was delicious and crispy and everything was cooked to perfection! The staff were all absolutely lovely and very attentive. The food came nice and quickly and the staff were constantly checking if we wanted to try more dishes. Couldn’t recommend enough! Also is a huge venue so would recommend for bigger groups of people (6-8).”

“We had a brewery experience day with zak the brewer on Saturday 15th November. On arrival we knew it would be a great day as greeted by zak with bacon sarnies and coffee quickly prepared. The brewery room was cozy and felt perfect for a personal day for the 3 of us. The day was hands on and the samples during the day made it flow well. Zak was full of knowledge, good humour and great personal service. He is a huge asset to the company and the whole day. Lunch was served at a good time and come to us all within our own private brewing room. To finish the day we had a choice of our own beer to take away. We will be back again to see zak and see what else we can brew. Overall the day was more than great. It was amazing. Richard worthing.”
