“I recently moved to the area and have now ordered from Spice Lounge twice in the last 10 days or so. The food is top quality and the Chicken Dhansak I order is as good, if not better, than I've had anywhere....I moved here from London and have been to India many, many times so I don't say that lightly. Abdul is also a very nice fella and when I arrived after trying to order in advance online (network issues) he still gave me the 20% discount and extra poppadums. Jabel, who was helping out, was also a nice friendly bloke. People with this great approach to customers combined with quality food deserve to have a thriving business. Excellent!”

“I was really impressed with the quality and the taste of my takeaway today. I had lamb naga with keema rice. The taste was amazing and what i really appreciate is the quantity of oil was very less. Complementary papadum was crispy and i truly enjoyed my meal. I normally order from just eat but today i discovered that they have their own website where you can get 20% discount with code "over14". The gyros alone are worth going in, I'm still in a state of mourning having finished mine already, but I consoled myself with the equally delicious desserts - we had chocolate temptation, chocolate baklava and the unbeatable original baklava and though our whole family may now expire from overindulging, if we survive we'll be going gladly back for more. Amazing quality, fantastic friendly service and the price is insanely reasonable for such seriously good food. Would highly recommend!”

Each of the many visits here have been top class, the calibre of cuisine that hits your plate is consistent every time thats rare with any restaurant. Tony and his team seem to get it right Everytime and that makes it a truly class act We bring our two little girls here and he always finds the time to come and say hello. “Baos were delicious! We had the pork belly one and it was succulent and soft. The bun was lovely and fluffy. The baby bao fries were only okay. They were a bit greasy. The spicy chicken was also only okay as it was mostly batter. But it was super crispy. We went for lunch on Thursday and it was not full but the music was a bit loud. This is expected because it is a pub. Super friendly service! I will definitely go back for the baos!”

“Lovely food & service. Greeted & looked after from the start. Free selection of dips & bread plus a little pide for the table before taking order for the main. We had a large table of 12 & food was delicious & consistent. Table given Turkish delight at the end as well.”
