Gary (clearly an ex professional) gave me the best advice on paint choice mindful of the environment it’s going into (steamy bathroom with condensation issues and history of mold). Mixed up an exact replica of a Farrow and Ball in a trade paint mix which hands down provided a far better application than the typical diy stores. Can’t thank him and the team for being so patient with me too! Love this company, customer service personifies!,”

Prices are very fair and key cutting was super fast, onw of the best I've had when obtaining spare keys for along while. So cheap I couldn't belive it! Proper old school shop and service. Not even 40 but appreciate honest decent service which generally doesn't exist now adays. Guy at counter was taking time to help elderly (guessing local) customers with a query and nothing seemed to much. Again something you don't see much any more. I don't leave many good reviews but this shop deserves the 5* and I hope this encourages more trade!”

Went to collect and there is plenty of parking and disabled bays , it didn't take long infancy there were several people in front of me but then they opened another till ,the young man also offered to take my things to the car as I use 2 crutches .would Def recommend, and WNT just be going to B&Q anymore”
