My daughter after visiting A&E was still hopping, noticed by the Pharmacy who offered her crutches and measured them to size. Its made her life so much easier while her twisted ankle heals. Ten stars from our family, and l like the fact its a professional pharmacy but with a personal family friendly touch. In these days where everyone seems to be run off their feet, its a breath of fresh air.”

“I had to return my Amazon parcel which involved dealing with customer service. Lesley, (I think that was her name) was the only customer service member of staff at that time. Lesley's professionalism stood out, even in a busy environment with a long queue. She demonstrated in-depth knowledge of her role and the issues she was dealing with. Her courtesy and pleasant demeanor were notable, even when dealing with agitated customers. Lesley handled a variety of complex issues efficiently. She remained organized and composed under pressure. Asda should be so pleased and proud to have her as a member of their front facing staff.”

Great products in stock and lots of chairs available if customers need to sit down. Highly recommended, I walk an extra 15 minutes to get my prescription as it's a no stress experience.”

This was £65 (inclusive of consultation & certificate), which was much cheaper than the Sussex Travel Clinic. This travel clinic is part of the Matlock Pharmacy, which is very clean and the customer service was really good; I felt like I was in really safe hands! Would definitely recommend.”
