They made me feel welcome, engaged and the girl who served me at the changing room was so patient and helpful. I took ages trying in different items and sizes and I am very fussy and indecisive client so it takes someone very patient to deal with me. Both girls are very kind and creating a lovely atmosphere. They have no problem running in and out to either shop floor or stock room to check for sizes you require when you are stuck in the changing room. I mostly shop online for Lululemon but I will definitely be visiting Brighton store more often. Thank you so much for excellent service. Coming from retail management background myself ( including fashion ) I do appreciate how I was treated on that day.”
