“I visited on 2 August, about 15m before closing. I was looking to buy a gift for my nephew's upcoming birthday, and after a small discussion as to his interests, Megan helped me pick out two toys; one was a "Pen Control - LCD Tablet" and the other "Dinosaur Bingo"! Not only was Megan super helpful with suggestions, they were also amazingly friendly and I could easily see they actually wanted to provide a good service and help me buying a great gift. As I was leaving, the beautiful English weather began pouring, and I asked if it was okay to wait inside for a few minutes to see if the weather would clear. Megan said that was fine, and after having a little look around, I ended up also buying two Laser Cut Wooden Puzzles ("Airplane" and "Mechanical Time") for myself! I can't give high enough praise to Megan for her amazing customer service and genuinely friendly and fun demeanor. Once I've completed these two puzzles I'll certainly be back again for more! “I had such a wonderful experience getting my nose pierced. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. She was incredibly easy to talk to and so lovely! I left feeling so happy and confident with my piercing, it was so quick and painless.”

“Richard was the person that did my tattoo. I had a brilliant experience he really helped me. I had an existing tattoo that I wanted adding to enhancing. I would share a picture but at the moment it doesn’t look too great because of healing. I would recommend them as the whole team was really friendly and the building is extremely accessible, which is rare for tattoo parlours unfortunately at the moment they haven’t got a disabled toilet but they have plans to change that in the near future. It was such a lovely welcoming place, I am very pleased to have found them. I will be definitely going back for the touchups of my now five tattoos.”

“Brilliant service, quality units, stylish design and fantastic installation. I was struggling to find a company to cover all bases until I found these guys. It was so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to the same people (Kevin and Gabby) throughout the whole project, who were familiar with every aspect. Even after the installation, when i raised a couple of issues, their response was still quick, proactive and helpful. Eg. I thought there was a scratch on one of the glass units: Kevin immediately offered to replace it. Turned out to be removable resin, but I was so impressed at the no quibbles approach to getting everything right. My only regret is not going through them for all the other services (electrician, plumber, builder, etc) as my life would have been so much less stressful if I had!”

“Coffee At 33 – Small shop, big heart (and seriously good coffee!) The owner is incredibly sweet and friendly — you feel welcome the second you walk in. . I ordered an espresso, a cortado, and a hand drip, and every single cup was perfect. Balanced, smooth, and full of flavor — no bitterness at all, just pure coffee joy. Their pastries and baked goods look so tempting too… I wanted to try them all! If you’re in Brighton, you’ve got to check this place out. Just a heads up: it can be a little slow because they’ve got so many loyal regulars — but trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.”

“We're in Brighton for our summer holiday and since we're zero-waste-fans from Cologne, I was keen to visit the "Store next door". The journey by bus uphill from the city centre was more than worth it!!! My daughter had lots of fun to watch the peanut butter machine do its magic and to go to the basement and look around. I also liked that they sell local and handmade products like the Brighton socks which I bought as a useful souvenir:) I can also highly recommend the whole neighborhood. We meant to stop real quick at the "Store", but there were so many different tiny shops that attracted our attention, we probably spent more than two hours in the Fiveways area :)”

“Over the weekend I found Finns Vape store on Portland road, I met the lovely couple that manage the store and they were so helpful and friendly. I went in there knowing nothing about vaping and they were so good with me, they asked what I was going to be vaping and they offered me the most suitable device for my needs. They were not once pushy trying to get me to buy something expensive or things I didn't need, it was just kept nice and simple. Most of all it was the outstanding customer service and the knowledge held by these two Wonderfull people that will have me going back there. I am sorry I didn't catch both your names. “My children had SUCH a good time at hove lagoon doing the kids activity week and introduction to sailing courses. For the younger ones the intro to sailing is a great way to get them on the water, and my older child has done that for the last 2 years before moving on to the full activity week this year. It’s such a fun and action packed week giving them a chance to try out a whole range of activities including SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding, sailing and kayaking as well as fun games and activities like raft building, donut rides on the zip line and treasure hunts. The team are amazing at keeping the children engaged and happy, even when the weather is less than ideal! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something fun for the kids in the summer holidays.”

It was great that they had a little history behind them too, which is always a bonus at dinner time.
