“We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

“We were recently referred by our local vets to see Gavin .Our eleven and a half year old Staffie had started to suffer from extreme lack of energy which we were concerned about.We got an early appointment with Gavin who advised us she would need to stay overnight for tests and treatments as needed .She was diagnosed with heart failure.Two months on She is a different dog running,playing and so much happier due to the medication as prescribed.So it is with the care and attention given by Gavin and his team that we have our Lovely Tia back enjoying a good life.We would highly recommend this surgery. “Tim and his staff are fantastic Our westie Charlie had chronic colitis and our local vet said they had done all they could for him. His weight was dropping dramatically and we feared we were losing him. Tim began treatment and within weeks he was putting on weight and back to his active life. Later he developed a skin disorder which again Tim was able to control. Sadly Charlie passed away with cancer but we know Tim gave him another happy year of life . Thanks again Tim you were brilliant Mark and Tanja”

“Took our Staffordshire Bull Terrier for a health check. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were seen on time by a veterinary nurse. A full health check was completed, very caring and thorough. She listened and put our dog at ease which made the whole process easy. Thank you.”

She did everything she could for him and then recommended next best step was referral which I did and it was the best thing for Mog. He is likely to still see Lizzie once a month for a monthly injection. Lizzie has also been brilliant helping me with my very elderly guinea pig! The whole team are very friendly and helpful.”

“Our older cat was getting rather poorly, thyroid, kidneys and liver. A couple of months later after her appointment, she had seizures. We had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot praise Pet Doctors enough, they were gentle, compassionate, caring, kind and that's just how they were with us! Absolute wrecks that we were. She was not scared when she went and that is in large part thanks to Pet Doctors. Two weeks later, a card appeared in our post with a small packet of sunflowers, from Pet Doctors, giving their sympathy, this was a very sweet and appreciated action which touched us deeply. The sunflowers have been sowed where she rests. Thank you Pet Doctors x”

“We had to use the out of hours emergency vets service for our dog. We were given an appointment straight away leaving us enough time to find the vets in an area we don't know. There was a clients car park, to take away that stress. We had a little wait, but when seen by the vet, she was friendly and professional, explaining her findings and next steps. The only downside was the price, and even though we are covered by insurance it was still expensive.”

“Having not been to the dentist for 4 years, I was very nervous, but Caroline, the dental nurse, was absolutely fantastic. She held my hand throughout and made sure I was ok. My dentist, Sonya, was also excellent and explained everything to me. I had to undergo a tooth extraction, but Caroline & Sonya made the entire process as pain free and stress free as possible.
