“Lovely new convenience store. Large range of products. Friendly staff. Also a Collect+ drop-off spot”
“All things Caribbean and MORE! Fresh produced sources and shipped directly from farm in Carribean so you know your getting the best and freshest. Lots of other things on sale - greeting cards for all occasions, basics such as milk, bread including Carribean breads, teas and herbal teas. Plus much more! Great general grocery store. The owner is committed and supportive of the community in which the shop sits. An asset to the local area”
“This has been an emotional week, stopped off at this Tesco for a few bits. There was a lady called Sue at the till who was an absolute angel. Thank you so much Sue, thing is, you don't even know how you helped me. Thank you so much Sue xx”
“Great store for the local area. Great produce and prices with really friendly staff”
“Thank you Tina for going above and beyond for us you are very kind and extremely helpful”
“Surprisingly large range of products for sale given the small size and they even have self scan tills - coalpit health / frampton cotterell has been crying out for a store like this for many years now.”
“Always stocked up, if you want something they will have it, staff are a little cold but they work hard to keep the store amazingly presentable and always have what I’m looking for”
“Great store. The morning shift staff are brilliant, can't fault them at all. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. The night shift though including the security guard really let the store down. Perhaps the morning shift teams can teach the night shift teams customer service skills?”
“Fantastic customer service, very friendly team always happy to assist with any enquiries! Use this store regularly due to the good customer service and it’s always stocked up!”
“The opening hours are great (6am to Midnight), has all the essentials and the staff are really friendly ✅”
“Helpful staff, excellent pharmacy, and great gifts and products.”
“Good evening all without exception at all times when I have cold to purchase items from Sainsbury's at Keynsham the service has been excellent the staff are of the best maybe you have to pay an odd penny or two two more more than shops that do not give any form of service you are are a pleasure to come to I am in my 80s and and shopping is one of the few things I still can do I choose to come to Sainsbury's later in the day it is a pleasure to meet such polite staff”
“I recently broke down at Budgens Shell petrol station in Box and I was so impressed by how helpful the staff were. They helped to push my car (that wouldn't start) into a safe place so I could call the recovery team. Such a friendly and supportive group of people and the manager was also very understanding when the recovery van took much longer than expected. Thank you!”
“Grat place wonderful staff made us welcome ,I was visiting the area with my wife on a rockabilly weekend thank again tesco staff Cams see you again next year”
“Really handy shop! Has everything you need. Friendly staff too. Always found the opening times great!”
“My favourite supermarket, good selections, reasonable prices and friendly/helpful staff. The store is clean and tidy. Car park is excellent.”
“Love the new layout, chiller section a knockout!..”
“Shiny new payment machines! Normally fairly quick and easy to fill up. Water and air on site, although not free. Small shop for snacks and a few car spare bits. Cash point on site also.”
“Always friendly and professional. Yes they do close for lunch 12-1.”
“Good shop, friendly staff who serve you properly behind the tills and still (thankfully) take cash. I live in Portishead although I was a regular customer at one time in the Portishead branch, I refuse to use the Poundland there since they moved premises to the High Street and went all self serve. I do not work for Poundland, so I don't expect to have to do their job for them. I haven't even got as far as checking whether their discriminatory self-serve tills are now card only or take cash as I will never set foot in that branch again and will always drive to Nailsea to get proper, friendly service. Well done Nailsea. Shame on you, Portishead.”
“Visited about 4-5 times. Not a busy store. Easy to park. Really clean and the staff were really polite and friendly.”
“I was so impressed with the high standard of service whilst visiting this store today. I met with the manager whose name is Ash and he was so visible and made himself known to myself and fellow customers. I did comment on how approachable and polite Ash was to a member of staff and they responded telling me that he was a "fantastic manager". This I can agree with. Excellent shopping experience. Thank you Ash and all.”
“Fantastic store. Carpark is a little tricky but then it is a small historic town.”
“Very large supermarket. There is a vast selection of goods available, from normal grocery items, to clothing, homeware, and Argos at the front of the store. The staff are friendly at the Argos stand, and offer any assistance if you need it to find any items. There is also a Sainsbury's petrol station, near one of the entrances to the car park. There are plenty of spaces available including disabled and children.”
“Waitrose consistently delivers a high-quality shopping experience and easily deserves a 5-star rating. The store is always clean, well organised, and easy to navigate, making shopping stress free. The quality of the food is excellent, especially the fresh produce, bakery, and own-brand products. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help whenever needed. Prices can be a little higher than some supermarkets, but the quality, service, and overall experience more than justify it.”
“I really like this cafe. Quality and price are very good. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The cafe is on the first floor you can get here on the escalator or lift. Brilliant disability access low level areas. Had a simple white fresh coffee very nice. Food is brought to your table and the whole area was spotless. This is probably the best M and S cafe around for cleanliness and staff welcome. Thanks for the experience people.”
“Good variety of items, convenient & helpful staff.”
“Love Lidl - Only problem is middle aisle is so tempting, I spend more than I should but who can resist these offers”
“Typical Iceland. Aisles wide enough to move around. Clean and tidy.”
