I was able to stay in reception where they have seating along with a TV to watch the MOT being carried out on the 4 cameras which is a fantastic feature vs through a window! The people working on reception today (30th Sept) were very kind to all customers, very calm and interested in what myself and others had to say. A prime example of great customer service which the Filton branch could learn from.”
