“Great little sandwich shop. Always a pleasant service and good value for money. Recommend!”
“Tucked away between office buildings is a gem of a spot. The full English breakfast was great. I particularly liked the AMAZINGLY crispy hash browns. The standard breakfast was under a tenner which is a bonus! Also had a biscoff cookie pie - lovely balance of flavours (some can just be pure sugar, this actually had flavour). We will be going back.”
“Went to the tea shop for lunch today. Looked small at first glance and we had our dog but the ladies serving said they were dog friendly and we could take her up the stairs where there was extra seating. It was lovely and quaint and the food was fresh and top quality. They even bought treats for the dog with our lunch. The kids had cocoa art on their hot chocolate and there was crayons and stencils for them to create pictures whilst we waited for our food. Nothing was too much trouble. They were really friendly and asked about our holiday so far. Would highly recommend the scones my husband ended up having two cream teas they were so tasty.”
“Tiny but well stocked deli with just the right products. They have fermented hot sauce, kimchi and other fermented foods, craft beer, vegan cheese amongst other things.”
“So pleased to have found this superb little cafe, a stone's throw from the railway station. On the opposite side of the road to the main footfall, I think this may miss out on the custom it deserves. Generous and delicious light lunches put together with care using fresh and ripe ingredients. And as for the excellent range of home-made cakes baked on site, these are second to none. Definitely recommend that people cross at the traffic lights near asda and give this delightful place a try, they won't be disappointed.”
“We called in to Donnie's on the way to watch the rugby in Cardiff. It is situated just off the M4 at J23A. The freshly cooked, traditional breakfast was delicious, and the staff warm and welcoming. The perfect start ahead of a day on the beer! Highly recommended.”
“Loving the new Galleries cafe revamp in Freshford! Amazing that its now open longer hours and at weekends. Perfect tea stop after a country walk! We had great service from our lovely waitress Lucy, a scrummy selection of salads, quiches, sandwiches and delicious cakes, and great coffee too, all in the most beautiful location. Idyllic!”
“Another lovely experience at Nellie's today. They were quite busy but we received efficient and friendly service as usual. Coffee (oat milk latte) was one of the best I've had and made my day! Thank you Lilia & team.”
“I would highly recommend The coffee shop. I've visited many times for lunch during a dog walk. There is a good choice of food to suit most people's taste. My favourite food at the moment is the fish finger sandwich. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Popular with my dog who loves visiting for a doggy treat.”
“Frequently enjoy coffee and a snack in the friendliest cafe in Lydney. There is always a warm welcome from Trudie and staff. The cafe is delightfully situated in the middle of Lydney’s fantastic Bathurst Park, and offers hot and cold drinks, ice cream, light lunches and more. Can’t recommend it highly enough.”
“Call in here if over this side of town. Nice local cafe, very nice! much appreciated. Would always call here and yes parking very easy nearby for non walkers and non cyclists. Shellards Rd bus stop right nearby also.”
“I had a mac n cheese bowl and one of their many ridiculous matcha flavours (hot matcha with caramel). It was all very delicious and the staff are lovely. Had a seat in the corner. It is a bit noisy and is mostly 2 seater tables, not loads of comfy seating. I did go at a busy time.”
“The go-to place for breakfast; definitely the best in the area. The staff are very friendly and enjoy having a laugh, creating a great atmosphere.”
“Great food, lovely service. There was a big group of us and they were really helpful and accommodating, thank you!”
“Honestly probably The best cafe I’ve ever been to, the food was amazing, the service was smooth and catering to needs. And the atmosphere was calm, and relaxing! Their food tasted great, my go to is their full English breakfast. And their mochas are amazing. Prices were reasonable :)”

“Absolutely fabulous food, I chose the liver main, it was so tender and the mash was super creamy, no faults”

“Lovely little shop with all the essentials, very nice fresh sandwiches and pastries. Lovely staff and there is a loyalty card for sandwiches. Now under new management, but all remains the same.”
“First time visiting the store and what a fantastic coffee shop. The staff were great they're always smiling, welcoming and super friendly. The coffee was excellent and there is a good variety of salads and sandwiches fillers, freshly made to order and very reasonably priced. Loved the decor and can't wait to come again!”
“Fantastic experience! Even on a busy Saturday, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. The team was friendly, upbeat, and clearly cared about their customers. The whole place was spotless — clean tables, tidy floors, and well-kept facilities. Definitely one of the best coffee spots around!”
“Rather epic coffee here, great service, havent done a lunch, no vegan options, only potatoes and sandwiches but decent quality from appearances. Quite like the place”
“Came in by chance on a Wednesday morning looking for a cuppa when train was cancelled, well supported, £2:50 for a bacon roll and cup of tea, thank you all great stop off.”
“What more could one want? Excellent coffee, open air, beautiful surroundings in Keynsham Memorial Park. Did I mention the pan o chocolates and brownies? Oh and a bit of banter from your friendly barista.”
“Spotted this lovely little cafe from the park and it looked glorious in the sunshine so we had to try it out. The guy was super friendly and the queue built up pretty quick so it must be a local gem. We got coffee and pastries which were both delicious! Very tasty flat white which was strong and had a nice flavour to it. Would recommend the almond croissant!”
