“Absolutely delicious! We had tarka Dahl, mushroom and pea curry, chicken curry with pilau rice and naans. We couldn't fault any of it. Vinni was so helpful and offered to add or take out ingredients to satisfy our personal tastes! Will definitely order from there again.”
“Good range of products at great prices. First Lidl I've been in with self checkouts so no long queues at the checkout, a big improvment”
“My second visit whilst visiting Bristol from Newport. This place is epic, some items could be a bit cheaper but it's absolutely brilliant and sells everything! Items like rare Brut Musk deodorant to great blackout curtains and tea sets. It's neat and tidy and just had a simple, old school feel to it, still haven't fully explored it, looking forward to my next visit. Cafe looks simple yet decent, turning over nicely (11:30am ish).”
“Great selection of foods, fantastic vegan and veggie options. Staff are helpful and friendly.”
“The staff here are generally excellent”
“Well supplied shop. Handy. Ridhi is always smiling and always providing great service”
“I recently broke down at Budgens Shell petrol station in Box and I was so impressed by how helpful the staff were. They helped to push my car (that wouldn't start) into a safe place so I could call the recovery team. Such a friendly and supportive group of people and the manager was also very understanding when the recovery van took much longer than expected. Thank you!”
“Shiny new payment machines! Normally fairly quick and easy to fill up. Water and air on site, although not free. Small shop for snacks and a few car spare bits. Cash point on site also.”
“Surprisingly large range of products for sale given the small size and they even have self scan tills - coalpit health / frampton cotterell has been crying out for a store like this for many years now.”
“Always stocked up, if you want something they will have it, staff are a little cold but they work hard to keep the store amazingly presentable and always have what I’m looking for”
“Got all the essentials. Super customer service and amazing help from the colleagues. Will said he was new but seemed to me he knew a lot already and was super helpful with my groceries. Superstore!”
“Through Covid 19 this shop has a cleaning station in front. Employees follow distancing and maximum persons in the building. I started coming here because the Coop just seems dirty. Kind employees are everywhere. I am a repeat customer now.”
“Great Off license.. does what it says on the tin, slightly cheaper and lots friendlier than some of the larger convenience stores.”
“Had a great experience here with the staff who were helpful when I got lost driving after my phone died. Especially the one (sorry didn’t get name) that went above and beyond to print out google maps so that I could get back safely! Excellent customer service. My only slight criticism is they could stock more Apple charging cables.”
“I went to the bakery this afternoon to grab a salt and pepper baguette. Which I literally love, little to be told that they haven’t made them in a while. It was a middle aged gentleman, with silver/white hair. He was very helpful and told me that they do make them in a pack of rolls and a bloomer as well. Obviously I grabbed the rolls and they are delicious!! Thank you sir for making my afternoon, I know Sundays aren’t easy at work.”
“Staff are friendly, shop prices are expensive, fuel prices are cheaper than caldicot”
“A great co op that has been here for decades. Lovely staff and great products with a post office too.”
“Great little shop with an extremely large range of foodstuffs and alcohol. The staff are always friendly and helpful.”
“Filton International Store is your everyday bossman corner shop, but with a twist. They’ve got loads of cool international snacks and drinks, including some unique imports from the US and Japan. Plus, the shop has awesome lighting that gives it a modern vibe. Definitely not your average corner shop.”
“Such a fantastic shop with fabulous staff. Plenty of variety in their stock. Just been refurbished and looks amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I can not fault them. I go to the shop all the time over other shops. X”
“Very nice shop. A lot of genuine quality products. Helping staff.”
“I love my local Asda . The staff are so great. Today it was Jeanette who helped me out at the till ,when I left my purse in the car . She was kind, calm and friendly. And made my day less stressful. Thanks Jeanette!”
“The village is both picturesque and has a strong sense of community. The shop plays it's part with a friendly face and local knowledge. Thank you.”
“great shop great prices but i think should definitely be open until 11:30pm if not midnight.”
“It's ok the prices are in my opinion the same as everywhere else now it's not a big store but has most things. The hot food counter is great. The staff are friendly and helpful also. Wheelchair access is great wide isles plenty of disabled parking and a disabled loo.”
“Great family run store with all the essentials you need for daily use. All the staff are very friendly and nice to talk too. A great little local business.”
“The service was very good. My price was just a little wrong and the staff corrected it for me immediately. Thank you for your warm service”
“Stopped here to grab some lunch. Miles from home and desperate for the toilet. Took my food to the counter and met the lovely Sharon. She told me where the nearest public toilet was. She realised I wasn't local and was desperate and let me use their private loo. So very kind and so much appreciated. This lady is a keeper Tesco.”
“Family run shop and Post Office. Great, friendly customer service. Wide range of products for a small village shop.”
