“I went to see John Higgs on the recommendation of a friend last Saturday. I had a crash on my bicycle three weeks ago and had severe bruising and a large haematoma on my left thigh as well as other injuries. My GP told me it would take six weeks for me to be back on my bike and I was feeling very dispondent. I have seen John three times in the last six days and the transformation in my condition has been astonishing. As well as the treatment, he has given me some really good advice to continue my rehab and what to look out for in terms of any ongoing issues. “Very good reassuring staff. There are no doctors for consultation at the urgent care, only nurses. The waiting times depend on the severity of the problem you may have, but I found it very organised. Average waiting time for a non-emergency consultation on a weekend was up to 3 hours.”

“I had an 8 session course of half face hair removal and I am beyond happy with my results. As a mixed race Pakistani woman I have very thick facial hair which used to require tweezing every day - this damaged the skin but less than shaving, which did terrible damage due to thick hair under the skin. After 8 sessions with the wonderful Flora my skin is so smooth and clear. Regrowth is slow and fine, and can be easily removed with a light razor maybe once every 10 days. My only regret is that I waited so long to do this! Flora is ultra professional, careful and sensitive, taking careful records and checking health situation every time, and the clinic is immaculately clean. Recommended!”
