“One of my favourite stores to buy hot chocolate powder. We can buy it for ourselves or as a souvenir/gift for family or friends. Many variety of chocolate, and tea to choose. The store provides free sample of hot chocolate, hot white chocolate, and some hot teas. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Toilets for customers are not available.”
“Outside and weather dependant but we had great conditions. It was popular and a real treat for my family. Glad we got the family ticket for £50 and then 1 more child plus booking fee. Some just paid on the day and queued. An hour is enough. There were enough skates for everyone. Good times and good vibes. Merry Christmas!”
“We had lunch here and really enjoyed it. I had a nice Welsh Rarebit and a cup of soup, the wife had a jacket potato with lemon tuna mayonnaise. All tasted great. These two meals, a bottle of rhubarb lemon, a bottle of ginger beer and a packet of crisps was less than £30. There was a big range of lovely looking cakes, teas and coffees, but we were a bit full to have anything else.”
“The best coffee around, went for my usual soya flat white, and the two Italian men are just the smiliest most lovely men! They always greet me, i enjoyed my first coffee and then went for my second and they gave me a croissant, thank you! So lovely!!! Will always be coming here!!!”
“Best brunch in bath! Cosy and intimate cafe located right opposite the train station. I got the biscoff pancakes which were perfect if you have a sweet tooth. The portion was massive and they tasted divine. Service was lovely and the food came very quickly. Would love to come here again in the future!”
“Lovely place, you can either sit outside or inside in the second floor, the view and decoration are amazing. The staffs are cute and friendly too, good tea and food. Highly recommended for anyone who visiting Bath, you really have to try this once”
“I was travelling with my toddler and parents. The staff obliged me with an early check-in for one of the rooms, which was very considerate. The location is great and property itself is very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice stay at Bath. We also thank Fauzia for going out of her way to help us. Thank you again for a lovely stay!”
“We had such a nice time at the café with our family. The pancakes were amazing!! Mimka was wonderful – cheerful, patient and really attentive (her suggestions were very helpful as I’m quite indecisive). She made us feel so welcome and was fantastic with my picky children at our table which made the whole visit so much easier and more enjoyable. A lovely place for families to come ❤️”
“I had a fantastic experience at Hall & Woodhouse. The food was absolutely excellent—full of flavour, beautifully presented, and arrived piping hot despite how busy it was. What really made the visit outstanding, though, was the service. Everyone there was outstanding. Luke went above and beyond for us, even during the hectic Christmas period. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. A brilliant visit all round. Highly recommend!”
“My ‘go to’ menu item everytime I visit is the ‘Full Monty’! Proper dirty breakfast bap full of good stuff. Bacon, sausage, black pudding, hash browns egg and mushrooms. Especially favoured the morning after a heavy night out. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. A must visit if you’re ever in the area.”
“Perfect place for George’s Sunday lunch or afternoon tea. Charming staff. Excellent service and a grand location.”
“We stayed overnight and loved it. The room was really comfortable and had a nice view over the river. The pub serves really good food and the staff are really friendly. It is also dog friendly which was great as we had our pup with us. Will definitely stay here again!”
“Lovely garden centre at the top end of Bath with fair prices too. Lots of choice and free advice from the friendly staff, worth signing up for the extras you get at checkout ! Big car park down the hill so don't think it's full when pulling into the entrance.”
“Charming Traditional style cafe in the indoor Guildhall Market. No fancy coffee here. It's tea or coffee, and the menu is a basic cafe menu. It's got a reasonable amount of seating, and the service was fairly fast. Plenty of locals were coming and going, so it was quite a popular place. I had the English breakfast, which was nice. There are plenty of sandwich and toasty options.”
“I was out early, doing my garden bird food shopping, etc.The garden centre shop was quiet. I tried the Secret Garden Cafe for the 1st time & found this was where all the shoppers were! I had a full English B/F. The staff was friendly. My server was the lovely Maisey. I can't wait for better weather. Then, you can sit outside if you like! J.W.”
“Beautiful little cafe, we didn't know it existed. Popular place to stop for a cup of tea, coffee, cake or ice cream for walkers and cyclists.”
“The food is always very good there”
“Really nice, comfortable and spacious cafe with lovely simple reasonably priced menu.”
“Best value flat whites in Bristol!”
“What a lovely, warm charming place to get a coffee.”
“Perfect little coffee shop. The woman working was friendly and able to answer my question about the train station. Coffee is a tad expensive but that's the price of convenience, I suppose.”
“A hidden gem, a low-key snug of a place. Delightful.”
“Wow! Incredible breakfast rolls! Lovely friendly staff Will go out of my way to visit again, Well worth checking out!”
“A cut above your average bookshop coffee house, with lots of delicious (and healthy!) snacks and top notch beverages. Get a window seat for Milsom Street people watching.”
“I've been visiting the Pulsa cafe in Brislington since it opened. I'm a regular there meeting up with friends for a cozy natter. It did go down hill for a while but I'm pleased to say its now better than ever. I can happily recommend the coffee, hot chocolate and tea, and I'm a very fussy tea drinker. They even have skimmed milk. Not many cafes can boast that. Their tea cakes are delicious. Over and above the items on sale is the standard of service and cleanliness of the cafe. Its spotless. Also the staff are polite, welcoming and eager to assist. Well done team you're doing a great job!”
“Popped in for breakfast as we were staying locally. Excellent vegan breakfast fir me and a full English for my daughter. Excellent service. Lovely polite staff. Good value.would definitely recommend, plus the bonus of easy parking.”
