“I would give 9/10, but 4/5 would be a bit too low, hence 5 stars. Our experience with health visits (during pregnancy and post-pregnancy) was very positive. We were a bit worried at first, as we thought it was a visit from a social worker. It turned out to be a great, intelligent lady who was very kind and helpful (this doesn’t mean that social workers aren’t great or intelligent. Just that it wasn’t them). We were looking forward to the last visit and to be honest we wished we had more. After the birth, she was also the first person who informed us about adding a vitamin D supplement for our little one (we already knew this (we learnt by accident), but no one had told us through the NHS). Before the final visit, we didn’t receive a confirmation text message (apparently they are no longer allowed to send those?!), which was a pity and inconvenient. Hence 9/10.”

“Excellent pharmacy very thorough. I had a prescription given to me ‘off label’ by my Dr which means it’s prescribed for another purpose than what it’s made for (all fine happens frequently). After prescribing it to me the pharmacist double checked that I was fine taking the medicine, and actually queried why I was taking it. Mainly as they don’t get this info from the doctors. This showed a high attention to detail and aftercare for the patients once they receive medication. It installed great sense of trust in me and showed a caring and understanding service. As they have also just moved locations, their service hasn’t dipped despite this upheaval. Great pharmacy, amazing knowledgeable staff, we are so lucky to have examples of the NHS like this.”

“For the price that I’ve paid, it is worth of money! Kind of Gen Z vibes. Location-wise it is 15-20 mins walk from the train station, and situated at the center of Bath. Breakfast is provided, good enough for me. They charge for the towel, 2.5£ and luggage storage 2£ per bag, but I dont find it an issue as the room price is considered affordable already. The service and staffs are friendly. Love the ambience of the place. I would consider it again if I ever come back to Bath.”

Still manage to go on serving when you can see they are visibly upset by the abuse. Think the public needs to appreciate them more and understand that they are dealing with your medication and not your McDonald's order.”
