“Lovely traditional room. Great view. Special attentions for our dog, dog box (ball, treats, biscuits, poo bags), as well as a bed he loved and food bowls. Needed an earlier breakfast, which was no problem. Jean-Luc was very attentive to our needs, and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful part of Bath!”

“Wow Wow Wow. Fantastic! We were in the Bath for the weekend and thought we'd try Pintxo out as we'd walked past before on previous visits and we hadn't booked any food for the weekend - not knowing what to expect from the Christmas markets. On arrival we spent around 15 mins sat at the bar waiting for a table (soaking in the top notch atmosphere) after hanging our coats up, ordered our drinks and were promptly seated once a table became available. The food was simply fantastic, it was soooo tasty! The Deep Fried Aubergines were out of this world, the portions were great and the staff were very friendly and very attentive to clear room when we had finished plates. We will certainly be back on our next visit to Bath, one of the best Tapas we've had outside of Spain (and even including!).”

“This was my first time visiting Bath, and I found this restaurant while researching the town, no disappointment at all! The food was amazing, and the service was spot on. I’d recommend the courgette, it might look like a regular zucchini in the photo, but trust me, it’s incredible! Another favorite of mine was the crispy pork belly. The black beans were a little salty for me, but they pair perfectly with the pork, which was cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Bath!”

We originally booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the best suite in the hotel — and the hospitality was truly exceptional from start to finish. There were lovely little touches waiting for us when we arrived, and when we returned from dinner, we found a thoughtful box of cheeses, the curtains drawn, and the bed beautifully prepared for the night. The hotel’s location is very central, which meant it could be a little busy and noisy at times, but the mattress was so comfortable that we still had one of the best nights of sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel! We also booked massage treatments and spent time enjoying the spa facilities — both were absolutely amazing. Every member of staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. It was such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely return when visiting Bath again — or perhaps try one of their other properties elsewhere.”

“What an amazing find, we ate early as pre theatre dinner and the waiting staff were fantastic at ensuring we made curtain up! The chef was wonderful, he took the time to tell us about the dishes, which just added to experience. The food was some of the best I've ever had, and whilst it is hard to pick a favourite, I can't speak highly enough of the ox tongue with gnocchi, it was divine. The sticky toffee pudding was simply the best I've ever eaten. Thankyou for a gorgeous dinner, we will be back.”

“One of my favourite stores to buy hot chocolate powder. We can buy it for ourselves or as a souvenir/gift for family or friends. Many variety of chocolate, and tea to choose. The store provides free sample of hot chocolate, hot white chocolate, and some hot teas. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Toilets for customers are not available.”

“Supplied a kitchen to our parents, they were very pleased with the personal service the owner gave them, the kitchen design had to incorporate safety for dads dementia and every detail was covered even down to the handles that dad could manage. The kitchen was able to be price matched to Howdens which was unexpected. Will definitely be using them again for our kitchen.”

“Jason is the best Barber I've ever had in my life. All the other Barbers there are great, too. Very friendly and professional and there's a lovely culture at Wellsway Barbers that they have created. Jason is a great guy to talk with (if you're talkative, like me), very attentive and truly cares about what he's doing and will listen and put in the time to achieve your desired cut and build a relationship with you over time. He also remembers everything! Every hair pattern, every cut he's done on you, etc... I totally trust him with my beard which is really saying something haha! I couldn't recommend this place enough. Jason is an ethical and great business owner and you can tell he really looks after his staff, and puts his clients, our experience and results first. This is not a place that aims to get you out the door asap. A fantastic Barber shop.”
