“I couldn't be happier. I ordered a pair of boots on Monday morning and they arrived Tuesday. I had online confirmation and a super quick delivery via dpd. I had also been in touch with the store via IG and asked a question re sizing which was kindly answered. I also received a small discount for signing up for newsletters etc - which was kind. The boots were super pricey so I was really pleased to see they use carriers such as dpd or UPS rather than simply Royal Mail.”

Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order.
